B&B Spoilers And Recap Friday, April 22: Taylor Puts Her Foot Down, Sheila Terrified

The Bold And The Beautiful: Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen)The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) reunites with her “family” when Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) brings Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) to visit her hospital room.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Insists On Going Home To Liam Spencer

Liam sweats it out and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) watches anxiously as Steffy says she missed her baby girl and her “husband.”

Dr. Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) hugs Hope and says she’s proud of her. She interrupts the family time and shuffles Liam and Kelly out so she can examine Steffy. Bridget encourages Steffy that she’s on the road to recovery. Steffy needs to rest. Steffy argues she’ll heal faster at home with her husband and daughter. Bridget urges her to take it one step at a time.

B&B Spoilers – Brooke Logan Accuses Taylor Hayes Of Matchmaking

Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) accuses Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) of driving a wedge between Liam and Hope by supporting the illusion that Liam is still married to Liam. Taylor is taking advantage of Steffy’s memory loss. Brooke believes telling Steffy the truth about her life with Finn Finnegan (Tanner Dovlan) would trigger memories and the realization that her baby boy lost his father. Steffy would want to help her son.

Taylor won’t condone anything that would jeopardize Steffy’s fragile mental state. Taylor is appalled that Brooke believes she’d use Steffy’s memory loss to play matchmaker between Steffy and Liam.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Is Concerned

Brooke sympathizes with Taylor as a mother but doesn’t understand how Taylor can allow Steffy to live in a fantasy world.

Taylor believes Steffy needs a buffer between experiencing consciousness and a life without Finn. Brooke says Taylor can be Steffy’s buffer, instead of laying the burden on Liam and Hope.

Hope says Steffy is more than fine. She’s having family time with her daughter and Hope’s husband. Hope worries the encounter will confuse Kelly because Finn is suddenly gone, Steffy is in a hospital and is calling Liam her husband.
The Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge warns Sheila away from Taylor

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) tries to kick Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) out of the hospital. She says she’s the only one there who lost a son. Ridge reminds her that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) and Jack Finnegan (Ted King) lost a son. Ridge loved Finn, but Sheila can’t change what happened to him. He’ll call when they discover who shot Finn.

Sheila gets in Ridge’s face. She’s not surprised by his attitude but thought saving Taylor’s life might buy her slack or compassion. Ridge is grateful to Sheila but Sheila was the cause of Taylor being on the roof. Ridge can only imagine the demons Sheila has running around in her head that would cause her to take her own life. Ridge tells Sheila to get help from anyone but Taylor. Ridge doesn’t care what happens to Sheila but he wants her alive for when they find the killer.

B&B Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Flashes Back To The Shooting

Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) returns, eager to speak to Steffy. Baker is surprised that Steffy can’t recall her husband or child. Ridge bars Baker from discussing Finn with Steffy. Baker says eventually the repressed memories will surface and they’ll catch the perp. He assures Ridge he’ll handle the situation delicately.

Sheila shakes in her boots as Baker walks Steffy through the night of the shooting. Steffy remembers that something urgent brought her to the alley that night. Steffy has a flashback and looks Sheila in the eyes.
The Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers – Taylor lays down the law

Liam arrives, sans Kelly, but says the child is fine and would be more confused if she couldn’t see her mommy. Hope is weirded out by the situation.

Brooke has major issues with allowing Steffy to believe he’s her husband. Brooke looks pointedly at Taylor and says somebody has to tell Steffy the truth. It’s taking a toll on her daughter. Taylor plays the world’s tiniest violin for Brooke as Taylor’s daughter was shot and just regained consciousness. Taylor lays down the law: Liam, Hope, and Brooke will not undermine her daughter’s recovery by telling her the truth about Finn. Steffy can’t process the shooting.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers– Bridget Forrester Sides With Taylor Hayes

Liam promises that no one wants Steffy to backslide. Hope says the plan to keep Steffy in the dark is unsustainable: Hayes Finnegan (Piper Harriot) needs his mother.

Taylor begs for more time and patience for her daughter. Brooke asks for Bridget’s professional opinion. Bridget sides with Taylor that it’s best for Steffy to remember Finn and the shooting on her own. Bridget asks Liam and family to give Steffy more time. Hope reluctantly agrees to hang in there a little while longer.

      First of all, I think Kelly is a pretty smart little girl, not once did she ask about Finn or mention anything about her baby brother. Confused about why Ridge does not just tell Shelia she is not welcome to continue coming into Steffy's room. So, she saved Taylor's life, this is not about Taylor, she is walking around and is fine. Lies are never the way to go and Steffy needs to be told that she at least has a baby boy. What is gonna happen to Hayes when Steffy goes home? Who is gonna take care of him, will he not be allowed in the house with his mom? Is baby Hayes not missing his mom? As far as care for baby Hayes, Taylor is not the one to care for her grandson, she will be too busy hanging on to to Ridge. Ridge and Steffy are both out of the office so is Brooke so who is taking care of the business? Would serve them right if Bill decides to make take over. There are a lot of holes in this story. Do we have to look forward to Shelia continuing to walk around free? Finn is gone and forgotten and no mention of memorial service for him, not even by his bio mommy. That is kind of strange, and now we do not see nor hear anything from his dad or mother, no concern about their grandson. Why hasn't Eric been to the hospital? Thomas has never spent much time with Douglas and now he is with him, ooooh there is so much missing here.
