Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Jen Decides To Move On From Jack – Arranges Date With Old Flame

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) will soon decide to move away from the major source of conflict in her life…the ongoing saga she’s had with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford). As DOOL viewers know, Jennifer has put up with a lot from Jack over the past six months since he returned from the dead.

Jack’s not even close to the man that he used to be, and Jennifer had to endure watching him marry Eve Deveraux (Kassie DePaiva) of all people. Since then, Jack has run for mayor on a platform that horrified Jennifer, and she watched him go after Haley Chen (Thia Megia) all for personal gain.

Jen Has Been Pushing Jack To Take Rolf’s Memory Serum

Ever since Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) diary surfaced again in Salem, Jennifer has been strongly suggesting that Jack do everything in his power to take the memory serum and get his memories back. As DOOL viewers know, Eve has been working against Jennifer’s wishes and encouraging Jack NOT to take the serum. Eve’s worried that Jack will run right back to Jennifer if he gets his memories back, and she’s probably right.

Well, it seems that Jennifer is going to find herself tired of fighting and pushing for Jack to become the “old Jack” again. After all, there’s only so much she can do, and she can’t force him to take the serum, or to want his memories back. So, it looks like she’ll finally give up on Jack and decide that the fight just isn’t worth it anymore.

Jen Decides To Move On With Her Life

Before Jack came back on the scene last New Years, Jennifer had a promising social life. She had recently broken up with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), but she was embarking on a new relationship with a handsome doctor at University Hospital, Dr. Henry Shah (Andre Khabbazi). Then after Jack resurfaced in Salem, Henry was nowhere to be seen.

Well, according to DOOL spoilers, Jennifer will make a big step when she decides that she’s going to move on with her life in a very big way…by arranging a date with Henry! It looks like she’ll approach Henry and let it be known that she’d like to get acquainted with him once again.

But will Jennifer really be interested in Henry, or will her move be more about making Jack jealous? Given that Jennifer’s true love is Jack, we’re guessing that her move will be based at least in part on making Jack jealous.

Will Jen Be With Dr. Shah When Jack Regains His Memory?

Of course, if Jennifer’s date with Henry goes well, then there’s the possibility that the two of them will continue to see each other. And that could mean that when and if Jack does get his memories back, Jennifer could be in a full-fledged relationship with Henry at that point.

That could make for an interesting scenario. Many DOOL viewers would love to see Jack realize the error of his ways and dump Eve to the curb, then actively pursue Jennifer. But will Jennifer even want Jack at that point? She might, assuming that the “old Jack” returns. But if there’s any trace of the “new Jack” left, then she might just stick with Henry!
