Princess Charlotte Has A Unique Way Of Greeting Her Fans

It looks like Princess Charlotte might have picked up a thing or two from her uncle, Prince Harry. The young 4-year-old royal was spotted sticking her tongue out to photographers who were apparently provoking a reaction from her at The King’s Cup regatta this past week. Both Charlotte and her old brother Prince George were on hand to cheer on their parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton, as they competed in the sailing event.

Princess Charlotte’s Playful Greeting

According to reports, spunky Charlotte couldn’t help but stick her tongue out to the photographers who were doing the same thing to her. As many royal fans can remember, her uncle Prince Harry famously did the same thing when he was about her age, too. There are even adorable photos of Princess Diana holding Harry in her arms with him playfully sticking his tongue out to the nearby pool of media photographers.

Even though Charlotte’s mother Kate Middleton was with her, she didn’t stop Charlotte from having some fun with the photogs. Instead, she apparently encouraged it and even had a good laugh about it. Kate’s parents Michael and Carole Middleton were also at the regatta and kept a good eye on their grandchildren while the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were racing their boats.

Kate’s Big Loss

Unfortunately for Kate, her boat came in dead last for the charity race. And because she was the captain of her boat, she was awarded a wooden spoon at the end of the day. But that didn’t seem to deter the Duchess’ good spirits as she was seen laughing about it, despite the fact that her husband Prince William was teasing her, too!

While both George and Charlotte were at the event, it looked like their little brother Prince Louis was left behind in the trusted care of his nannies at home.
