Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday September 20: Devon Sees Amanda Again, Victoria Is Arrested, and Victor Comes Back

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday September 23rd indicate that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will meet with Amanda Sinclair (Mishel Morgan), Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is arrested for Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) murder, which causes The Mustache’s return.

Victoria is at the ranch with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) talking about the pills and the tablet found at her office. Billy says Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is framing her for the crime and Nikki comments she didn’t think it’d get this out of hand. Victoria comments that Adam was willing to let Victor die.

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) enters and hears Victoria’s remarks, he says that Adam wouldn’t do anything like that. Victoria responds that Adam hasn’t changed. Jack says they should let the police handle the case, then talk turns to Billy and Jack says he’s happy Billy is getting help.

Victoria, Billy, Nikki, and Nick are at Society having lunch. Billy brings up sending Adam to jail, and Nick says Chelsea is having a hard time letting Adam go. They said this is war and they need to prepare for anything Adam has in store for them. Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) comes in and arrests Victoria for Victor’s murder as the family pleads with him. Nikki rushes home and calls out for someone and tells them something’s gone wrong. Victor then appears in the living room.

Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) arrives at Adam’s house. Adam wants to know why Victoria hasn’t been arrested and Michael says the police haven’t established a motive. Adam blackmails Michael by saying one phone call is all it takes to send Fen Baldwin (Zach Tinker) to jail.

Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) are at his house. Chelsea says she can’t keep Adam away from Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) too much longer. She brings up telling Connor about Victor’s death and Nick agrees it’s time. Chelsea doesn’t want to believe that Adam is responsible for Victor’s death, but Nick says Connor needs to know the truth. Chelsea brings up the idea of going on the run with Connor, but Nick talks her out of it. Later Chelsea receives a call from Adam, who wants to see Connor.

Connor is at the park with Chelsea waiting for Adam to arrive. He thanks his mom for letting him see his dad. When Adam arrives, Chelsea says she still hasn’t told Connor about Victor’s death. Adam thanks Chelsea for bringing Connor and says it’s important to him because Connor’s the only family he has left. Chelsea comments it’s unfair that the Newman family is shutting him out.

As Adam and Connor go off to play, Chelsea sat on a bench, smiling as she watches them. Connor goes to get ice cream and Adam asks Chelsea to be there when Connor receives the news about Victor. Adam then talks about Nick’s accusations and Chelsea says she doesn’t know what to believe. When Connor returns, Adam decides to tell Connor that Victor died.

Devon is at his house talking about the will with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy). He says that Chance Chancellor (John Driscoll) is the one challenging it, then brings up the claim that Tucker McCall (Stephen Nichols) had David Sherman (Robert Pant) alter the will. Elena says they’re just trying to get to Devon, then she comments about wishing she could’ve been there to see Amanda.

Devon knows what was written in the will was Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) wishes, and Elena says Devon has done a lot of good work with his inheritance. She says that Chance is trying to destroy Katherine’s legacy and Devon vows not to let that happen. Devon then leaves, and moments later Nate arrives. Elena comforts him over the death of Victor and asks if he wants to talk.

Amanda is at Crimson Lights and makes a call to someone, she becomes irritated at the person for ignoring her calls. She leaves a reply saying they need to talk so they can move forward in the next stage of their plan.

Devon meets Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) at The Grand Phoenix and tells her Chance is challenging the will and Amanda is his attorney. Jill can’t believe Chance would do something like this, then says it must be Amanda behind the scheme. Devon bring up the fact that Amanda bears a striking resemblance to Hilary. At around that time, Amanda walks into the room unnoticed. Jill tells Devon she’s support him through this fight, then leaves. Devon spots Amanda and asks her to join him.

Amanda says she had proof of Chance’s claims and that no criminal charges will be filed against Tucker for fraud. Devon calls Amanda a fraud and again brings up her resemblance to Hilary. Amanda tells Devon he has a fight on his hands and should hire a lawyer. Devon tells Amanda to stay away from him and his family. Amanda says she doesn’t take order from other, including him. Devon says with his billions of dollars he can hire the best lawyer in town. Amanda reminds Devon he won’t have that inheritance for much longer, then leaves to call, she leaves a message saying she can’t do anything until she hears from them.

Michael arrives at Crimson Lights to join his wife Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman). She says that she talked Fen into getting help and drove him to rehab. Lauren talks about her anger towards Adam and Michael warns her not to go anywhere near Adam. Michael understands her frustrations and how he wants this to end, but he doesn’t want her getting dealing with Adam’s wrath.

Lauren says she’s not afraid of Adam, but Michael warns she should be. He explains how Adam wants him to charge Victoria in Victor’s death. Lauren says Adam’s framing Victoria to cover up his role in Victor’s death. Michael says that Adam gave him a choice and there’s only one thing to do.
