Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Hope & Liam Scheme To Save Douglas From Thomas

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will be doing a lot of thinking. As B&B viewers know, she’s developed quite a bond with Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) over the past few months, and lately she’s grown quite protective of him. Douglas was manipulated by Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) into helping him cajole Hope into marrying him, and then Thomas took off after the truth about Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) came to light and basically abandoned Douglas.

Since Thomas has been absent, Douglas has been spending a lot of time with Hope, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), and Beth in the cabin. They really seem to have bonded as a family of four, and it looks like Hope might be thinking about making that situation permanent. According to B&B spoilers, she’ll soon approach Liam with a big request concerning Douglas.

Bold & The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Wants To Protect Douglas Forrester

It appears that Hope will want Liam to help her in keeping Thomas as far away from Douglas as possible. Thomas will probably have other ideas about that, but Hope will apparently be adamant that Thomas shouldn’t be anywhere near Douglas, and that he especially shouldn’t be alone with the little boy.

It seems that Hope may be thinking about having Douglas live with her and Liam permanently. But would they actually go to extremes and petition the court for full custody of Douglas? As B&B viewers know, Douglas considers Hope to be his “new mommy” in many ways, and she may decide that she’d like to take care of him for the long-term. But will Liam agree?

B&B Spoilers – Will Lope Petition For Custody of Douglas Forrester?

We think there’s a good chance that Liam will quickly get on board. After all, he’s said on more than one occasion that Douglas is his hero for being the one to go against Thomas and tell the truth about Beth’s existence. Of course, Thomas isn’t going to be happy about these developments, and Hope and Liam will surely get some pushback from him.

We’ll see if Hope and Liam get the courts involved with their plans for Douglas. Of course, they’d have to prove to a court that Thomas is an unfit father, and the whole family may want to keep that kind of thing out of the press. Do you think that Hope and Liam will try to get custody of Douglas?
