DOOL Spoilers – Jack Deveraux’s Turmoil

One clue was when Abigail shared the revelation with Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves). Abigail mentioned that Gwen’s words didn’t really sound like her.

Meanwhile, Jack went to visit Gwen at the police station. While Jack was trying to get answers from Gwen, she offered an explanation. Jack scoffed as he asked if she was going to claim the devil made her do it. Gwen said in a sense, yes.

It is confirmed that Jack, Jennifer, and Abigail will all try to get the truth out of Gwen. Fans know that Gwen wasn’t possessed by the devil. So, will she try to use the devil as a way to get herself out of trouble? It is teased that Jack gives Gwen an offer, which could be claiming temporary insanity. Perhaps Jack will tell Gwen that she could earn forgiveness if she confessed to everything and pleaded guilty.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that during the week of May 9, Gwen will receive another offer. Ava has a proposition for Gwen that could also get her out of serving a prison sentence. However, Ava already has immunity. If Ava changes her testimony, then the immunity deal is called off.

So, Ava is only making an offer to Gwen if it serves her better than an immunity deal would. We have a feeling that this is concerning Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).

DOOL Spoilers – Head Writer On Villain’s Fate

It is teased that Gwen will be torn over Jack and Ava’s offers. Jack is a good guy character who wants Gwen to do right. However, Ava is a villain and is connected to both the mafia and Kristen. So, Gwen will face one last test. Will she choose forgiveness and redemption by taking Jack’s deal? Or will Gwen fully embrace evil by going with Ava’s proposition? Head writer Ron Carlivati told Soap Opera Digest,

“With Gwen arrested for what she did to Sarah [Horton, Linsey Godfrey], Chad [DiMera, Billy Flynn] and Abigail feel that Gwen is finally out of their lives and they’re planning for a happy future. Gwen is out of their orbit for the moment, but don’t count Gwen out.”
