The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Kyle Warns Summer About Theo, Says He Is Not Trustful

Young And The Restless Spoilers: Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) - Summer Newman (Hunter King)The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will warn Summer Newman (Hunter King) about Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) when he realizes she’s getting to close to the rascal this week!

Kyle knows Theo only too well from their party boy days back in New York City. He has been worried that Theo would interfere in everything from his marriage to his new bride Lola Abbott (Sasha Calle) to his business life at Jabot.

Insecure Theo returned to Genoa City to try and get his buddy back. Theo made it plain that he missed Kyle and didn’t like the fact he was settling down, working with his father’s company and becoming – well, quite honestly, boring! Theo wanted to save his former party boy buddy from that kind of life.

Kyle has set Theo Vanderway straight more than once since he arrived in Genoa City. When he brought Zoe Hardisty (Anna Grace Barlow) to the wedding that was about the last straw.

Theo has ingratiated himself into Hamilton-Winters and then back out of Hamilton-Winters and any of its subsidiaries in any capacity. Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) recognized something that Kyle did a long time ago; that Theo’s ambition and his ego, but mainly his ego, makes him a liability.

Kyle tried to oust him out of town on a rail and back to New York, but here, months later, he’s still in Genoa City, sans job with Hamilton-Winters. He even had the nerve to tell Devon that he couldn’t fire him but that only Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) could fire him; and Devon is Camryn’s boss! Camryn’s glad to be rid of him too, all he did was flirt with all the single women and probably the married ones too, not to mention those who didn’t swing that way!

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Protects Summer Newman

Kyle may be a married man, but he still feels protective over Summer, especially now that she is hurt and vulnerable over her grandfather Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and the rest of her family leaving her out of the loop when he faked his death. The last thing she needs is to be used and possibly abused by Theo.

And while Kyle knows better than to tell Summer who she should see or what she should do, he will warn him about the sordid and selfish sides of Theo and to watch her back – and her heart. She would do well to watch her pocketbook as well, as with no income source to party with he may try to get her to foot his tab on whatever, and Kyle won’t stand for that.

Neither would Summer’s mom, Phyllis Newman (Michelle Stafford) for that matter. Perhaps the best way to get rid of the problem that is Theo is to get Mama Bear involved!       I love to see Kyle being protective of Summer! I hope she listens to him and gets away from gross looking, creepy Theo! Theo needs to get lost. He doesn’t belong on show and his being in Genoa City makes zero sense. I hope Kyle makes Theo leave town for good.

      Kyle and Summer are not realistic, too much history and just two blue eyed people hooking up doing that total old 70’s y&r thing, move on with this new generation, keep those stories for the Victor and Nikki era.

      Thankfully Victor gave Victoria Newman, I thought we might be doing the whole family abuse thing all over again!

      Nice to see Sharon putting her education and negative family experience with the Newman’s to help Connor. Just a shame neanderthal Nick hasn’t acknowledged his part of that fiasco, sidestep and blame Victor for his family situation, Nicks a jerk.
