Meghan Markle ‘Disaster’ Comes As Queen Elizabeth Steps Back!

Meghan Markle just experienced what has gotten dubbed a disaster. And it comes amid Queen Elizabeth increasingly withdrawing due to her health. But while the Duchess of Sussex shouldn’t get blamed for all the Queen’s health worries, Meghan definitely has contributed to the elderly royal’s emotional turmoil! Whether fighting Kate Middleton before her wedding or refusing to fulfill her royal duties, Markle has earned a reputation as a thorn in the famous family’s side.

Meghan Markle – Lands In ‘Disaster’!

Prince Harry once defied the advice of his older royal relatives by rushing from dating then-actress Meghan Markle to making the now-Duchess of Sussex his wife. And though the Duke of Sussex has stood by his woman, Meghan does seem to possess a tendency for problem situations. As a result, few felt surprised to learn that Markle just ended up with another disaster on her hands!  But this time, the problems impact Meghan’s and Harry’s finances. 

“Nothing to show!” claimed the Express. And while that statement may not reflect everything in the Sussex family’s bank account, the news that Netflix cancelled their series “Pearl” does impact their net worth. The cancellation comes in the wake of the couple’s $100 million Netflix contract. However, Netflix linked cost-cutting to axing Markle’s plans.

Royal family commentator Rafe Heydel-Mankoo summed up the cancellation. “Well, it’s a complete disaster for Harry and Meghan!” And as a result, the Duchess of Sussex and Duke of Sussex face questions.

For instance, the cancellation raises the question of “whether they can walk the walk,” pointed out the royal expert. However, he pointed out one positive quality. And after watching the two at various public events, Rafe feels that Meghan and Harry have become “good at talking the talk.”

But amid Meghan getting cancelled, the royal family released sad news about Queen Elizabeth. And concerns soared when Buckingham Palace announced the Queen will skip the family’s garden parties in 2022. Because Her Majesty suffers problems with movement, she could not stand and walk for hours to welcome guests at those events. 

However, the news that the garden parties have returned provided a positive sign of recovery from the pandemic, pointed out People. In the wake of the events getting cancelled for the past two years, the Palace promised that other royal family members will step up and fulfill the Queen’s duties. And thus far, Palace has arranged for four different parties .

First, one garden party will occur at Buckingham Palace on May 11. And that event will set the tone for two more parties in May on the 18th and 25th. After a break, the fourth garden party will take place June 29 at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh, Scotland. In addition, Princess Anne will host The Not Forgotten Association Annual Garden Party on May 12 in the Palace gardens.
