Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday October 10th: Lola and Theo Get Close, Sharon Tries To Help Connor, and Cane Wants Answers About Chance

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, October 10th indicate that Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) will spend time with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson), Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) tries to help Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), and Cane Ashby (Daniel Goodard) grills Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) for answers about Chance Chancellor (John Driscoll).

At Adam’s Vegas suite, he is intrigued by Cane’s arrival. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) explains that Cane is in Vegas seeking answers about Chance. Adam says he can’t help Cane, then leaves to lock up his winnings. Phyllis says she’s curious why Cane is searching for Chance. Cane asks Phyllis if she knows anything about Chance and she admits she knows Chance has been hanging out with Riza Thompson (Tina Casciani), but Riza won’t talk to anyone.

Cane suggests Phyllis help him, but she refuses. Adam returns and tells Cane he’s wasting his time because Chance doesn’t want to be found. Cane brings up Chance dropping the bombshell about Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will and says that a lot of people are going to be suspicious about Chance’s connection with Adam. Phyllis remarks about Chance being involved in something shady. Adam ends the conversation and Cane leaves. After Cane leaves, Phyllis brings up Chance and asks if Adam had anything to do with Katherine’s will. Adam denies her accusations and once again says he’s done with Genoa City.

At Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) place, Connor throws a tantrum in front of Nick and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) before running to his room. Chelsea says things are getting worse and Connor is having trouble at school. Realizing she needs help, Chelsea calls Sharon and asks if she could come over. After hanging up the phone, Chelsea and Nick talk about Adam. Nick says Adam continues to cause pain wherever he goes, and Chelsea says she feels like she let her son down.

Sharon arrives at the penthouse and tells the couple Connor may be experiencing anxiety due to his fear of people leaving him. Connor finally comes out of his room, and Nick and Chelsea leave so Sharon can talk to the boy in private. Connor tells Sharon that he likes her, then she bring up the situation about Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). She says she understands if he’s upset because Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) is experiencing the same emotions. But Connor says he’s not upset.

Nick and Chelsea go to Crimson Lights where she expresses concern over her son while Nick reassures her everything will be fine.

Later Nick and Chelsea return home and Sharon updates them about her talk with Connor. She says some progress was made, but the boy is still holding back. Chelsea is happy with the progress, but Sharon says it’s not healthy for Connor to repress his emotions. The trio discuss the possibility about Connor becoming like Adam, and Sharon says they can break that pattern. An angry Chelsea storms out of the room as Nick thanks Sharon for her help.

Later in the evening, Chelsea talks with Nick about Connor’s claims that they’re over-reacting. She talks about how Connor’s suffering and she’s left to pick up the pieces, but Nick assures her she’s not alone and they’ll help Connor.

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) are at Jabot talking about their new face cream. He asks her to send the product out to influencers, but don’t mention anything to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). The topic then switches to Theo and his firing. Kyle says the job was too much for Theo to handle and he’s got to prove to everyone that he can do anything. Summer says she feels bad for Theo, and Kyle warns her not to expect Theo to change. Summer says that Theo has been a big comfort to her lately and Kyle believes Theo is playing her, and tells Summer she deserves more.

Theo is at Society making a phone call with a client. After he hangs up, Lola comes over and remarks that the restaurant isn’t his office. Theo reveals that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) fired him. Lola offers her sympathies, and Theo says he’s going to use this as motivation to work his way back to the top. Theo drinks while discussing what he could’ve done at his previous job. He talks about Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and how she knows how to suck up to the right people. As Lola listens, she warns Theo about digging a bigger hole that he can’t come out of. Lola brings up how Theo’s always crossing the line and seems to be purposely destroying his life. Theo comments that Lola’s a shrink, but she says she can read him for who he is.

Later Kyle shows up at Society and is annoyed to find Theo. The two start to bicker and Theo comments on how Kyle and Summer are spending a lot of time together. Kyle threatens to throw Theo out, but Theo leaves on his own, but before he goes he says he’s gotten to know Lola a lot better. When Theo steps outside, he looks inside the restaurant to see Lola and Kyle kissing.

Later Lola and Kyle are at Crimson Lights, she wants to know about Theo’s firing, but Kyle brushes it off. Lola advises her husband to go easy on Theo, it looks like Theo’s finally starting to grow up. The two decide to call it a night and head upstairs for some alone time.
