The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease there’ll be double trouble for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)! It looks like both will be fired at the same time in a future Y & R episode!
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sally Spectra Was Worried About Adam Newman’s Plan
Adam came up with an idea to push Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) back together, which really doesn’t make a lot of sense! Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) had just recently gone along with Adam’s scheme to pay Locke to leave town, and Victoria, to the tune of a half billion dollars! Sally was intrigued by the idea but afraid if they pulled it off there’d be no coming back from it if it backfired; especially if Victor found out!
It’s really a headscratcher as to why Adam wants to get Locke and Victoria back together – unless it’s revenge; he didn’t like it when Victoria got the job he wanted! When you take that into consideration, it makes a lot of sense!
Y & R Spoilers – Adam Newman Wants Newman Enterprises – All Of It!
When Adam found out Victoria and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) were going to return to the positions they held pre-merger, the company Adam and Victor formed was gone! Newman Media was more or less absorbed into the original Newman Enterprises but that left Adam and Sally with no power positions, and Adam especially doesn’t like it! Adam said that he wanted ALL of Newman Enterprises, and he meant ALL of it, so he had to come up with some kind of plan to make that happen! Pushing Victoria, who he can tell still has feelings for Ashland Locke back together with him might go a long way to achieving that end!
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Will Explode And Fire Both!
It’s very seldom that The Mustache has been hoodwinked, and not seeing through Locke and his schemes was one of those times, Locke had him so snowed he paid a blackmailer! Viewers remember he paid Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) to go away, but the problem was he didn’t stay away, and it’s still a question of what happened to him! But if Adam does succeed in reuniting Locke and Victoria and he finds out, Victor will explode and fire both him and Sally, because with Adam gone, he can’t use her!
It wouldn’t be at all surprising if Locke is the one to bust Adam– he won’t be able to resist thanking Adam and it’ll get back to Victor! Ashland tends to deliver his thank-yous in public places such as Society where Victor and Nikki have lunch all the time!

Y & R Spoilers – A Bad Ending Might Lead To A Good Beginning
Even though Adam and Sally are fired by Victor, there’s an excellent chance that a bad ending could lead to a good beginning! The firing could spur the power couple to start their own company, designed to be a major competitor to Newman Enterprises! They may still want to include Sally’s forte, high end fashion design in their new company because she is an expert! Sally comes from a famous fashion design company in Los Angeles, Spectra Fashions and she’s worked for Forrester Creations as well, where Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) worked. That’s called making lemonade when life hands you a lemon, and that’s just what Sally and Adam need!

So tired of Adam and Sally. Think is time for them to go away. No storyline
Adam has a great job and should focus on doing his best and hopefully one day he will be CEO of Newman Enterprise. Sally is his problem. Waiting for Victor to fire them both.
IMO Adam is one ungrateful son.

It will be interesting to see what the writers are going to do with Adam . It's a matter of time before he's with Sharon .Sally is just energizing him for the time being .I think Sally will end up back in LA with all her new found inspiration . There's several power players who could give her a job in a new company .
Adam and Sally have always felt sleazy as a couple. The inappropriate office clothes, flirting and sex. I would have found this relationship more interesting and enjoyable if it hadn't been so tacky. Its reduced my belief that Adam is a high level corporate professional.
