Viewers may recall that Robert Scorpio made a lot of fans really happy when he returned this early this year. He got involved in Anna’s investigation and also helped Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) find Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
After revealing that he has a law degree to Laura Webber (Genie Francis), he was offered the job as the new DA after Margaux Dawson’s (Elizabeth Henderickson) left the post, which he gladly accepted.
General Hospital News – Robert Scorpio Involved In Sam McCall’s Case
It was a good time not only for him but for his brother, Mac Scorpio (John York), who was also appointed temporary commissioner as Jordan Ashford (Brianna Nicole Henry) recovers from her transplant.
Now, Scorpio is currently involved in Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) case. He recently discovered that the tape incriminating Sam to the crime won’t make it on the stand. Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), who’s been trying to disprove the tape tried a different approach.
He tried to prove that the tape was authentic but can’t so Jordan had no choice but to drop the charges. Stay tuned to the ABC soap and don’t forget to check Celebrating The Soaps often for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates, and news.

Now that it appears Sam will go to jail pending trial for Shiloh’s murder and that Andre will id his attacker as the same man who accuses Sam, Jason should clue in Robert on the case against Peter. I would like to see the Scorpio brothers working together. They can even include Felicia, she used to be a PI after all. Who better to infiltrate Peter and Maxie’s intimacy to protect Maxie and James.
