General Hospital Spoilers: Jake Calls His Grandparents About Elizabeth, Finn Gets Blamed?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Jake Webber (Hudson West) might call or email his grandparents about his mother’s hospitalization in Shadybrook Sanitarium. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) won’t be happy, but even worse, she’ll blame Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) in future episodes of GH!

General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Baldwin Heard Hamilton Finn In Shadybrook

Previous GH episodes revealed Finn asked Laura Collins (Genie Francis) if anyone had called Elizabeth’s parents when he visited her at Shadybrook after she’d asked him NOT to visit her! Elizabeth tried to explain to the codependent fixer Finn that she needed to do this on her own, and she didn’t need or want anyone’s help, especially his! Before he left, after she told him he was hurting her more than helping by his visit she overheard him asking Laura about if her parents had been called!

But Jake will have the same opinion as Finn does about his mother’s serious issues and her hospitalization; and he’s got a mind of his own. There’s no doubt that Jake continued to email Jeff Webber (last played by Richard Dean Anderson) after Elizabeth told him not to, and he’ll reach out to him about this.

GH Spoilers – Jake Webber Is Old Enough To Understand How Serious This Is

Jake is old enough to understand how serious this situation is with his mother – he didn’t see her cut up the family picture Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) drew. But he knows, as a budding artist, after hearing what older brother Cameron Webber (William Lipton) saw, she wouldn’t destroy art! Jake also remembers the nightmares he used to have when he first came back from Cassadine Island; the ones that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) helped him through with art therapy. For a young teen, Jake has lived a lot of life in a few short years and he understands traumatic memories! This is why he feels his grandparents should know; even if they cannot come to Port Charles-maybe they remember incidents that could help the doctors!

General Hospital Spoilers – Hamilton Finn Is Thinking Along The Same Lines

General Hospital spoilers show Finn and Jake are actually thinking along the same lines even though they don’t discuss it with each other; if these are indeed traumatic memories causing the problem. It’s entirely possible that Elizabeth never told anyone about whatever incident or incidents happened to her that she must have pushed down. Her best friend from childhood, Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) obviously doesn’t know of anything she told her, or she would have contacted Liz’s doctors.

Finn and Jake are both hoping that Jeff or Liz’s mother might know of some incident that could have triggered this so many years later! But unfortunately, it’s obvious that Liz didn’t have a good relationship with them or she wouldn’t have left at only sixteen years old, so she probably didn’t confide in them!

GH Spoilers – Elizabeth Baldwin Hears Her Father Has Contacted Her Shadybrook Doctor

Elizabeth hears that her father has contacted her Shadybrook doctor and she is not happy that someone went behind her back to involve him! Jeff contacted Elizabeth’s doctor to give information, not to ask, since he knows even doctor to doctor HIPAA would preclude him being in the loop. Everything he does know came from Jake, and he does know it is a pretty serious situation and he’s passed on information about nightmares Elizabeth had as a child.

The doctor mentions it in a therapy session and she calls Finn and reams him out afterwards for contacting Jeff, and Finn of course doesn’t know what she’s talking about! He tells her he asked Laura with the intention of Laura contacting Liz’s parents, not him; she then realizes that she needs to talk to her son!
