Meghan Markle Reportedly Acting Viciously Towards Her Father Thomas Markle

It looks like everything is coming out of the woodwork, for better or for worse. British Royal News says that Meghan Markle reportedly acted viciously towards her father, Thomas Markle, and that she also made his life hell. At least, that’s what biographer Tom Bower says in his new book, Revenge. Here’s what you need to know.

In his unauthorized biography, Bower says that he was most horrified after hearing about how Meghan had treated her own father in the past. “For a daughter who owed her father everything to turn so viciously against him – and reduce a proud, successful man to such misery – was a shocking and terrible thing,” he claimed.

He also said that Thomas claimed that his estrangement from his daughter was “emotionally disheartening.” What’s more, Thomas also said that he had offered to come visit Prince Harry and Meghan Markle several times in the past, but was shot down each time. Thomas only lives a short drive south of the border in Mexico from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s multi-million estate in Montecito.

“She can plead that she is a philanthropist and an activist, but if you treat your father like that, then you’re none of those things,” he wrote.

Meghan Markle Refuses To Get In Touch With Her Father

He also said that Thomas has been left none too pleased about how the media has portrayed him over the years. “Thomas Markle had become upset by the portrayal of him online and in newspapers across the world as a scruffy, obese, alcoholic hermit,” Bower wrote.

In the same book, Bower also said that Queen Elizabeth wanted Meghan to reconcile with her father, especially since their estrangement was brining the royal family so much bad press. Bower wrote, “Charles could not understand Harry’s ‘explanations’. Harry did not tell his father about Thomas’s fury at being ignored by his daughter. Harry explained that Meghan refused to telephone Thomas Markle because she suspected that ‘his phone was not in his possession’ and ‘his email account was compromised’. The inconsistencies of Meghan’s excuses not only irritated Charles but perhaps also the Queen.”

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the claims.
