While Hope has tried to work with Thomas and keep him connected to Douglas, there could be a twist. This twist features Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) covering for Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

The best-case scenario would be for Thomas and Hope to come up with a compromise. Perhaps start by increasing Thomas’ visits and allowing Douglas more overnight stays. Then, Douglas could stay half the time at Hope’s and the other half with Thomas. However, this is a soap, so there is going to be drama.

Fans are used to Thomas playing dirty to get what he wants. Perhaps it’s time for Hope to do something devious to keep her adopted son.
