Kylie Jenner – Invites Backlash With Social Media Claims?

Famous as the lip kit and cosmetics queen, Kylie Jenner faced a backlash that began with Kevin James Bennett. Known as a cosmetic developer and makeup artist, Bennett alleged that Kylie gaslights fans. And Kevin also threw shade at Jenner’s safety practices in her lab, noted Us magazine.

However, in some ways Jenner invited the criticism because of her social media posts. For instance, one post showed Kylie, 24, in her lab in Italy experimenting with cosmetic products. And she uploaded numerous photos. But that riled Bennett.

“I know the Kardashian/Jenner stans are going to come for my throat,” admitted the makeup artist. However, he went ahead and called out the “cosmetic queen. But WTF @kyliejenner 🤬🤨🤬,” he started out.

And Bennett quickly got into the shady part of his challenge. “I’m a cosmetic developer and work with cosmetic manufacturers (and their labs) as part of my job,” he shared. But Bennett claimed he always wears a “hair net, shoe covers, mask and disposable GLOVES.” And he also insisted no one would allow him to skip safety measures.

However, then he got harsh. And Bennett alleged that Kylie gaslights “her followers into thinking she is creating cosmetics.” But the makeup artist also threw shade at Jenner’s lab partner. “And I’d like to know what ignorant manufacturer let her stage this photo-op in their lab and on the manufacturing floor.” He expressed concern for the alleged lack of “proper sanitation protocols.” And Bennett wanted to ensure his clients “NEVER work with them.”

But Jenner quickly clapped back. And she responded, “Kevin – this picture is not taken in a manufacturing facility.” In addition, Kylie added, “I would never bypass sanitary protocols.” She even defended other celebrities. “And neither would any other celeb or beauty brand owner. That’s completely unacceptable. I agree,” stated Jenner.

However, Jenner then defended herself in several ways. For instance, the reality TV star shared that she took the photos in a “small personal space.” And she explained that she had decided to create her “own fun samples, taking pictures for content.” As a result, the photos did not show any aspect of her manufacturing process, according to Kylie. And she emphasized, “No one is putting customers at risk! Shame on you Kevin for spreading false information!!!!”
