The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, August 12 reveal that Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) confronts Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) puts Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) in an uncomfortable position. Plus, Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) career takes an unexpected turn.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Elena Dawson’s Suspicion
Y&R spoilers reveal that Elena was already keeping an eye on Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) due to her fixation on Nate. However, Elena recently realized that Imani isn’t just causing problems for her but others as well.
Elena tried to speak with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) about it but he didn’t seem too receptive. Even when Elena tried to smooth things between Devon and Nate, the advice probably went in one ear and out the other.
Y&R Spoilers – Defending Imani Benedict
On Friday, August 12, Elena will confront Nate about Imani. However, Imani knows how to make Nate feel confident and powerful. So, when Elena brings up her concerns, Nate might defend Imani. In fact, Nate could even suggest that Imani isn’t on his side when that isn’t the case at all.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott’s Awkward Position
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, August 12 reveal that Chelsea and Billy are enjoying working on the podcast together. Chelsea and Billy are also spending time together outside of the office.
In Friday’s episode, expect Chelsea to go too far, though. Chelsea might say too much during a podcast session. Perhaps what Chelsea says will rub Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) or even Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) the wrong way.
Y&R Spoilers – Friday, August 12
Friday’s episode will also feature Tessa, who is still recovering from surgery. Right now, Tessa can’t speak on her own and uses signs or a voice box to talk. Tessa and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) are both hopeful that the treatment will be a success. In the meantime, Mariah knows how stressed out Tessa is about the fate of her career.
It is teased that Tessa’s career will take an unexpected turn. Mariah did speak with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) about giving Tessa a modeling job. However, Tessa might think that it’s charity and won’t accept it.

Mariah will try to explain but we foresee Tessa getting really upset about this. Tessa would have probably considered it if Mariah talked to her first. Instead, Mariah made assumptions and spoke on Tessa’s behalf without her permission.

No one cares about Diane’s past. Get on with it. Only interesting story line is Adam and Sally and Nate and Devon
Imani need to stay out of Nate’s business. She causing too much trouble. She agrees with everything Nate do or say. It’s awful. She putting gas on the fire.
Y’all are making Nate look so ignorant and arrogant. Wouldn’t what someone like that to be my doctor (I know he’s not practicing at this time and it’s just a script). Honestly he should thank Devon for giving him the time of day. Cousin or not!
So pleased Elana has called Nate out on this situation with Imani. I hate when all these stories feel like they are dragging on and the characters are too stupid to either notice situations or confront them, despite us being told these characters are supposed to be so clever. Its great to see a clever character actually being smart and telling it like it is for once.
