Trust me guys, the ring sure made a big statement because it got everyone talking, asking, did Adele get a secret engagement? Has Rich Paul popped the question? Adele certainly said yes otherwise why the ring? At a point, fans even said Adele has gotten married again but decided to keep it a secret. Well, these questions sure kept on appearing and disappearing on the tongues of fans but, this is sure your lucky day because Adele has finally decided to address the engagement issues and lots more.
Adele — On Being Engaged To Rich Paul
Speaking to Elle on Monday, Adele revealed that she’s not married neither is she engaged but she’s sooooo in love to the extent she feels like she’s married, in her exact words, the 34-year-old singer said “I’m not married. I’m not married. I’m not married! I’m just in loooove! I’m happy as I’ll ever be. I might as well be married.” As for why she has the ring on her finger, Adele simply said “I just love high-end jewelry, boy!”
Although, the singer did acknowledge to Elle that she would love to get married again and expand her family by having more children. Currently, Adele has one son from her former marriage with Simon Konecki, a 9-year-old named Angelo Adkins, her current boyfriend Rich Paul has three children, he had them when he was very young. The two have been managing being parents to their kids and making music very well and so far, it’s been working out fine for Adele.

Adele — On Why She Cancelled Her Las Vegas Residency Show
Adele’s Las Vegas Residency that was to take place at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace was canceled by Adelle in the morning of January 20 while it was originally set to premiere the evening of the following day. The singer made a video on Instagram with her teary eyes, informing her fans of the cancellation of the residency. The cancellation of the show lost her fans millions of dollars as a lot of them have already booked reservations in hotels, transportation, took permission from their bosses not to be available at work for that period, even Adele lost tons of money for her team too.

While speaking with Elle, Adele explained that, that moment was by far the worst moment of her career, it was a difficult decision for her to make, Adele explained that she didn’t feel the connection with the stage, it wasn’t set up to her standard. According to Adele “There was just no soul in it. The stage setup wasn’t right. It was very disconnected from me and my band, and it lacked intimacy. And maybe I tried too hard to give it those things in such a controlled environment.”
Adele explained that she had a dress rehearsal a day before she canceled her performance, as she was singing, at a point she got so frustrated that she sat at the edge of the stage and sang unplugged, it marveled her that the 4,300 seats there, she was heard up at the top. Then, she knew that this was what she was missing. She couldn’t bear to go through with it, not with a stage like that.
