General Hospital Spoilers: Hot Promo – Brutal Attack, Guilty Silence, Danger Lurking, Suspects Grilled

General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of August 29-September 2 tease anyone could be a suspect as an attacker’s on the loose. Ava Cassadine (Maura West) clings to life on the deck of the Quartermaine boathouse and the PCPD wants answers.

General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Cassadine Attacked

Ava lies on the deck of the Quartermaine boathouse after being attacked by someone with a gloved hand, wielding a large hook taken off the wall inside. The attacker came up from behind, and drove the hook into her stomach, and she weakly puts her hands over the gaping wound, which is bleeding profusely. The Port Charles Police Department has arrived and are putting crime tape around the area, and Chief of Detectives Mac Scorpio (John J. York) is at the scene.

Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) watches in tears with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) beside her. It is easy to tell by the suspicious look on Felicia’s face that she wonders if Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) is the attacker; but he’s usually not that sloppy.

GH Spoilers: Anyone Could Be A Suspect

Anyone that was at the Quartermaine charity picnic could be a suspect, as Mac addresses those who have gathered at the scene. Mac says the PCPD will need to know everyone’s whereabouts, and who they were in contact with. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) looks at Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) after she just had a disagreement with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) over his calling her sister. She has a large gash on her forehead and it’s bleeding, and she had come from the woods after leaving Finn in the stables. The Cassadines, of course will be suspected; a drunken Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) looks down while Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) looks worried.

General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Robinson Awaits News

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) awaits news on Ava with a worried look on her face; Ava faces a long recovery if she survives at all. The hook she was attacked with was very large and tore through her intestinal area possibly into her spleen. Ava is not only Trina’s employer and her mentor, she’s her close friend and Ava thinks of Trina like a daughter.

Trina likely has her suspicions of who could have attacked her dear friend as well, and her detective instincts may come into play. Trina will be tenacious to find out who attacked Ava, although the whole of Port Charles could be in danger.

GH Spoilers: Port Charles Residents Alarmed

The residents of Port Charles are alarmed, saddened and afraid because no one knows who the attacker is, or if they were only going after Ava. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) look like they’re on the verge of tears. In the Corinthos kitchen, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) comforts her daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) who found Ava in trouble on the deck of the boathouse. She may have interrupted the attack, because she went through quite an ordeal herself.

General Hospital Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine Questioned

Port Charles Police Department Chief Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) questions Nikolas herself and she’s quite suspicious. She asks Nikolas why he is so resistant to providing answers, making himself look guilty of the attack simply by his evasiveness. Prior to Ava’s attack he and Ava had been arguing over the events leading up to Ava wanting to go through with their divorce.

Spencer had overheard Ava saying Nikolas had slept with Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and went off on a drunken bender. Ava was musing out loud over getting her divorce from Nikolas when she was attacked; and there are still no answers for Jordan as to where Esmé is.

      I think Elizabeth attacked Ava. She has the wound on her forehead and was seen wandering around. She has attacked Chase before while in a trance, I’ll bet she did it

      No ,,I can’t see Elizabeth doing it ,even in her condition and the bump on the head does mean something happen to her,she could of tripped and bumped her head…

      Why would Felicia even think that Ryan would be responsible for this? As far as she knows, Ryan is locked in and physically incapable of doing this. And Ryan is in love with Ava, why would he do this to her? Felicia knows how Ryan operates, since she was the previous love of Ryan’s life.
