British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle has been compared to Nelson Mandela. Really. Says who? Meghan of course!
“Meghan Markle said a South African cast member of the Lion King film told her they rejoiced in the streets the same we did when Mandela was freed from prison when she married Prince Harry.”
Royal Family News – Meghan Has Been Compared to a Legend
According to the Daily Mail, in July 2019, H and M, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, were at the debut of the Disney remake, alongside VIPs such as Beyoncé and Jay-Z. “I just had Archie,” she said, “It was such a cruel chapter. I was scared to go out,” she told The Cut magazine.
And then, magic happened to wipe away the “cruel.” According to Meghan’s memory, “A cast member from South Africa pulled her aside. He looked at me, and he’s just like light. He said, I just need you to know: When you married into this family, we rejoiced in the streets the same we did when Mandela was freed from prison.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle married in May 2018.
Royal Family News – Meghan Is Like Nelson Mandela How?
Meghan’s bombshell interview with The Cut sees the basic cable actress make a variety of similarly outrageous comments. At one point she boasts that she and Harry are good, but not that good: after all, these humble Mandela-like souls are not “reinventing the wheel.” Such humility!
Meghan is referring to her and Harry’s demand of the royal family that they be allowed to make a buck as senior royals. According to Princess Pinocchio, “handful of princes and princesses and dukes who have the very arrangement they wanted,” got away with it, even though none of these royals are named.
Meghan added, “That, for whatever reason, is not something that we were allowed to do, even though several other members of the family do that exact thing.”

Royal Family News – Meghan Does Not Understand the Monarchy?
When prodded to answer the question, “Why do you think that is?” calculating Meghan turned the tables and asked, “Why do you think that is?” Not willing to be cowed in her own interview, reporter Allison Davis writes that Me-Again followed up her snide response with, “a side-eye that suggests I should understand without having to be told.” Silly reporter. Don’t question Meghan, instead be like Meghan, “Be Kind!”
