General Hospital Spoilers: Bad News For Sasha; No Go On The Plea Deal?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) will get some very bad news. She was forced into a choice of conservatorship with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) as her guardian, or prison time; will she take the plea deal and it go south anyway?

General Hospital Spoilers – No Way

At first when Sasha and Brando met with someone who guaranteed the judge would look favorably on a conservatorship, Sasha was very resistant. She asked Brando when he had stopped trusting her, and he said he hadn’t; but she balked at the level of control he would be exerting over her. She viewed her husband, who assured her he loves her, as an overbearing tyrant of a parent who would overrule her ability to think for herself or make her own decisions.

If Brando had come on the scene before, when Grant Smoltz (David Lautman) when he and Sienna Colby (Cynthia Zitter) were trying to trap her, a different situation would exist. But as it was, he didn’t get there until Sasha had gone ballistic and destroyed Smoltz’ car with a valet sign, which he pressed charges for.

GH Spoilers – She Was Out Of Control

Sasha was out of control and desperately needs not only drug rehab, but emotional and psychological help. She still is unable to cope with the death of her and Brando’s newborn Liam Mike Corbin (uncast infant) and has been popping pills for months to alleviate her grief. Sasha’s being out of control is the point that Attorney Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) was trying to make for Brando taking over as her guardian. That would ensure Sasha would get the help she so desperately needs and keep her from spiraling further, Martin feeling the court would look favorably on the plan. In fact, she may not have to do any prison time at all, although she may have to spend some time in Shadybrook or a similar facility.

General Hospital Spoilers – Bad News, A No Go On The Deal?

Sasha ran out of the room where Brando and the doctor were talking to her and said she had to have some air, and some time to think. It wasn’t clarified if there was a certain amount of time that the plea deal would be on the table, if a plea deal was made. However, if the prosecutor is the same one that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) had, Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Arden (Jennifer Field) she may be difficult to work with.

There’s a possibility that this deal was only for a certain time period and if not accepted, may be withdrawn. Sasha’s bad news may be that she finally agrees to Brando’s guardianship only to have the deal withdrawn and the rug pulled out from under their feet.
