General Hospital spoilers tease that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has finally admitted that she needs help. She had a psychotic break on live tv and has been involved in several very public outbursts in recent weeks. But after a recent and very public argument with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) regarding her future with Deception, Sasha melted into Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) arms and admitted that she needs help.

There is no denying that Sasha has been going through the worst year of her life. After losing her infant son and having to go through the ordeal of turning off the machines that were keeping him alive, Sasha has been struggling to cope. She tried to dive headlong into her work as the Face of Deception, but the added stress caused her to return to pills. And from there, things have just gotten worse. Her addiction has caused several extreme public outbursts. Some of which have landed her in trouble with authorities.

Tabloid writer Felty (Brian Norris) tried to get the scoop on Sasha’s drug addiction. He tried to set her up but Sasha caught on to his scheme and destroyed Felty’s car, as well as Felty himself. Sasha was arrested and is now facing jail time. Her husband, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) is desperate to help Sasha, but things aren’t looking good. Attorney Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) suggested that Brando acts as Sasha’s conservator. Brando didn’t tell Sasha about this plan until it was presented by a therapist and Sasha had another meltdown when she found out.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sasha Gilmore Rejected Martin Grey’s Idea At First!

But Sasha rejected Martin’s idea. She doesn’t want Brando to control everything she does. But if she doesn’t agree, the chances that Sasha will have to face jail time increase dramatically. Sasha didn’t want to admit that there was something really wrong, but after her outburst with Lucy, it seems that she may finally understand that she needs help. If she agrees to the conservatorship and begins to truly get help, she might avoid prison and be on the way to getting her life back.
