General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny’s Suspicions, Did Nikolas Attack Ava?

General Hospital: Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has his suspicions. He suspects that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) may have been the one to attack Ava Cassadine (Maura West) in such a brutal manner.

General Hospital Spoilers – There Are Signs

Sonny is the one who is having Ava guarded at GH by his men, and there are signs that Ava is afraid of Nikolas. For one thing, his man Frank (Frank Lyon) reported to Sonny that Ava requested that Nikolas be taken off her visitor’s list, and it’s not like Ava to be afraid. This is a woman that stabbed Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) in the back with his own knife.

There are still no leads on a either a weapon or an attacker, although Sonny suspected Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) might be behind the attack. However, Ava didn’t ban Victor from her visitors’ list; she banned Nikolas, her own husband.

GH Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine Suspected

Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) was also questioned by police about the attack, but then practically everyone who had been at the charity picnic was. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was even questioned, but that was mainly because he’d been in the boathouse as was Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Sonny was the one who put out the fire on the grill that Drew had inadvertently left unattended, and Ava was found stabbed on the deck of the boathouse.

Sonny knows something very wrong happened in the Cassadine family and Spencer completely broke ties with his father, and Ava is hiding something. Sonny’s not sure if what Ava did and is hiding led to her attack but he is suspicious that Nikolas is behind it; otherwise, why would she want protection from him?

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Confronted

Sonny feels he has every right to confront Nikolas over what he suspects, but he’ll have to do it with finesse. Sonny and Nikolas were brothers-in-law at one point in their lives, Nikolas having been married to Sonny’s sister Courtney Matthews (Alicia Leigh Willis). Sonny didn’t like it when he found out Nikolas had faked his death purposely and kept it from Spencer, who was only a kid at the time.

But that doesn’t account for all the new anger in Spencer against his father and Sonny knows something happened that also affected Ava. And with whatever this is affecting his nephew and his daughter with Ava, Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) Sonny is determined to get the truth out of Nikolas.
