General Hospital Spoilers: Curtis Confronts Jordan About Her Feelings For Him

General Hospital; Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) General Hospital spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Soap Opera Digest that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will confront Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) about his true feelings for him. Curtis was suspicious about Jordan just forgetting to file the divorce papers and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) put forth the theory that Jordan hadn’t truly moved on.

General Hospital Spoilers – She Covered For His Aunt

Jordan just had learned from Curtis’ aunt Stella Henry (Vernée Watson) that she’d stolen Jordan’s signed divorce papers and they were never mailed. She had thought her nephew had been rushing into the divorce and had meddled in their business. Stella didn’t know what had happened to them since she had a stroke shortly afterwards, and then it wasn’t long until Jordan had to go away for kidney rehab.

Just after Stella admitted her meddling to Jordan, Curtis had barged in on them, having heard from his divorce attorney that he and Jordan weren’t divorced. Stella was mortified and Jordan made a last minute decision to cover for what Stella had done, taking the blame herself.

GH Spoilers – She’d Be Heartbroken

Jordan knew that Auntie Stella would be heartbroken if Curtis was as angry at her as she figured he would be, and Jordan and Stella didn’t always get along themselves. Jordan knew Curtis was already mad at her and didn’t want him to be mad at Stella, Jordan was mad at what she’d done but understood why she did. It took a long road to forgiveness for Jordan and Stella to accept each other while Jordan and Curtis were still together and she didn’t want to destroy their progress. But now Curtis is back and demanding answers from Jordan, because he knew she was way too organized to lose the papers even if she was ill at the time. And, it turns out, he’s got some theories of his own as to why she didn’t send them after delaying for so long to begin with.

General Hospital Spoilers – Still In Love?

Curtis doesn’t mince words or play around when he comes right out and asks Jordan if she delayed their divorce because she’s still in love with him. After some intense interrogation on his part, she finally cracks and admits she still loves him and would have worked on their relationship, given the chance. Jordan also admits that she could still see her and Curtis having a future together in spite of his engagement to and relationship with Portia.

Curtis, proven right, may still be a little shocked to hear his theory proven right. Jordan still being in love with him presents more than one obvious problem considering Jordan and Portia befriended each other and now he’s in the middle.
