General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Comes Home, Gets Hooked — Sonny To The Rescue?

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) days in Jacksonville are numbered. She’s headed out of Florida with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) by her side soon —- both of them growing concerned about The Hooker back in Port Charles and wanting to be with their children. As they both settle in back home, no one will expect Carly to be the next person to be attacked, and both her ex-husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and friend and new beau, Drew will blame themselves for failing to keep Carly safe. This will spur tension in the hospital waiting room as Drew grows aware of how much Sonny still loves Carly, and Sonny sees how close he is to losing her to Drew.

No one is to blame but The Hooker, who managed to gain access to Carly’s lakeside home she once shared with Sonny. Despite the extra security Sonny has deployed to keep Carly and Donna Corinthos secure, The Hooker has the means to move around the mobster and prey on his family. This will rattle Sonny to his core. However, he won’t suffer nearly as much as Carly’s eldest daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), who decided to stay at her mom’s that night instead of heading back to the PCU campus.

Carly becoming the next victim of The Hooker in her own home is bad enough on its own, but it will be a significant trauma for Joss moving forward because she witnesses it all go down. The lack of control Joss will feel in her loss after this event may alter the landscape of her entire life. Everyone will do their best to rally around Joss during this time to help her feel safer, but the way the hooking happened will linger in her head, reminding her constantly that nowhere is safe. Loved ones will try to tell Joss that it was her being there to call 911 that likely saved her mother’s life, but their well-intentioned reassurance won’t help Joss forget what she saw.
