The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) kept running. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) asked her to stop, but she would not.

Eventually, two of B&B’s legacy characters stood in a swirling and resplendent outdoor location shoot and threw down the gauntlet. Taylor told Ridge that he made promises to her on many occasions and broken them. He repeatedly shattered her heart, and she refused to allow him to do that to her again.

But Ridge is serious. He did not want to talk about the real reason clarity and a pine cone bopped him on the head, with her name being Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). But she was, is, and may still be the reason why Taylor’s dream has not, is not, and may not be realized.

The magnificent shots of Aspen, Colorado, serve as a highly engaging visual backdrop for the developing storyline. Having Ridge appear outside, where Taylor was trying to sort through her thoughts, served as a terrific contrast to the magic seen this summer in Monaco, which was B&B’s first location shoot post-pandemic.

One of this show’s signatures is its epic special destination event episodes. The months-long lead-in to Ridge chasing after Taylor was exceptional. From the hand-held camera close-ups to the three-hundred and sixty-degree overhead shots, it was all well done.

When Brooke got the intel she needed, confirming that Ridge jetted to Aspen in search of Taylor, she knew what came next. Seeing Lang’s character change into jeans, after planning a romantic night out dinner for her and Ridge, established the coming confrontation in the Aspen woods.

But Brooke quickly packed and went to Colorado without the intel she needs. Ridge did not tell her that he believes she lied to his face about the call to child services. She also does not know that he decided that was as far as he could be pushed, with Taylor becoming his perceived, revived destiny.

Brooke will not give Ridge up without a fight. Based on how soon he learns the truth, she may not need to give him up.

Te Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Changes His Mind?

Past patterns, like the ones Taylor referenced with passionate gesticulation added by Allen for enhanced effect, if followed, would lead to Ridge reversing course yet again. But this particular storyline feels like it is leading to a climax that would be a major shift.

If TPTB intend to write in a different direction and stick to it long-term, then Ridge is done with Brooke. He will reconcile with Taylor and remarry her for the first time in decades.
