How will Paul fit into the story? I think that he could potentially be a new love interest for Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). Being in a love triangle for more than 30 years has to be exhausting, this would be the absolute perfect time for Taylor to let loose and find someone who will truly love her.

When the truth about the CPS call comes out, Ridge will run back to Brooke faster than Usain Bolt. Leaving Taylor to pick the pieces of her heart up once again. She may find solace in sitting at the bar and choosing to drink sparkling water and figuring out what she will do next. Thinking she could take off again and help more people with their mental health issues she feels like this is the best route for her. She loves L.A. and being around her family but the hurt Ridge causes her is enough to get her to take off.

What if instead of leaving, she were to pour her heart out to the ruggedly handsome bartender? Sparks could start flying after Taylor pours her heart out and he tells her she deserves so much better.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Taylor actually feels peace about her situation, and possibly takes Paul’s advice to heart. They do seem to bump into each other a lot, and start to become better friends. I know more than likely Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will be upset that their mom is moving on. They just want their parents back together and they won’t want their mother to move on from Ridge.

This would be the best time for Taylor to stand up for herself. She could use Steffy’s past relationship with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) as leverage to get Steffy to understand.

Hopefully, seeing their mom happy with another man would help them let go of reuniting their family, or maybe Steffy and Thomas could use this angle to make their dad jealous that Taylor has moved on. Seeing her happy with another man could send him into a spiral. How would he feel knowing his ex-wife, who was his greatest love at one time, has finally laid their relationship to rest. This could turn out to be a juicy and steamy storyline and one I really hope they make happen.
