According to the official synopsis, Becca (Marisol Nichols) and Robby (Kristoffer Polaha) are a married couple feeling the stress of the holidays. In fact, as Christmas approaches, they are having a hard time connecting with each other. At the advice of their marriage coach, they had to a cozy inn in Vermont just before Christmas, along with their dog, Jerry.

However, their weekend away unexpectedly gets extended when a mishap puts their car out of commission, delaying their departure to head home. Meanwhile, as Becca and Robby join in the festive holiday activities in the town, they slowly get caught up in the spirit of the season. In fact, the pair begins to remember what drew them together in the first place. Due to this, Becca and Robby could just find themselves on the road to a very happily married Christmas.
