General Hospital spoilers and updates reveals Over the summer, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) explored the idea of having a child together. Yes, at their age. Fans were just as confused as the looks on Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) and Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) faces when Mac and Felicia shared their thoughts about the missed opportunity of raising a child together that was a genetic part of both of them. This flirtation with potential parenthood that could have been was short lived, but in hindsight (which is tricky in Port Charles), it may have merely been foreshadowing.

Now that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) has dropped into town and appears to be warming to the idea of sticking around, we’re gleaning that Mac may really be his father. Mac’s relationship with Dominique Baldwin (Shell Danielson) lines up right with the dates the two were involved compared to Cody’s age. Cody is the only one with cold feet now. At first glance, he was curious why Mac took such an interest in him, but he figured it was due to his checkered past more so than anything personal. Now that he knows better, it appears the truth about this possible paternity connection has spooked Cody.

GH Spoilers – Indicate Felicia Scorpio Could Be Getting A Daughter

Felicia is ever the doting wife. If Mac’s happy, he’s happy — you know, as long as she’s fulfilled and not so bored she’s busy getting herself into trouble. Then, she’s happy. Her smile was beaming when Mac and Cody finally let the cat out of the bag about their mutual suspicion they may be father and son. Standing in Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) living room, Felicia and her daughter enveloped the two men and encouraged them to get to the bottom of their curiosity already with a DNA test.

Would Mac relish the same for Felicia if a child came forward that may be her long-lost daughter? What if that child was Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl)? For all we know, Cody’s past could be just as suspect and dangerous as Esme’s track record since she blew into Port Charles. Felicia thought she wanted another child, but she’s already raised two beautiful girls, and something tells us Maxie wouldn’t welcome Esme the same way she has Cody.
