The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) will be backed into a corner in an upcoming episode of The Young and The Restless!

Young & The Restless Spoilers – Chance Chancellor Has Assured Cane Ashby He Did Not Lock Him Up In Las Vegas

Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) has assured Cane, after punching him hard in the jaw, that he was not the one who locked him in a storage garage and delivered two pages of Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will leaving the bulk of her estate to Cane, and neither was he behind the challenge to the will in the first place. In a recent episode of The Young and The Restless, viewers will recall that Jill Abbott Atkinson (Jess Walton) had gone to the Maldives to hunt down Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers) Cane’s father, whom they have suspicions concerning his being behind the whole scam.

Chance will fly over there too to see what he can find out about Colin and the challenge to the will, in addition to having a theory that Simon Black, (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) the money launderer and loan shark that he just busted may be connected to it as well. Neither Chance nor Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) trust Cane any farther than they could throw him, but Cane has denied responsibility and offered to check out Colin himself and try to get everything straightened out. However, might Cane still fly over to the Maldives to confront his father himself?

Y&R Spoilers – Colin Atkinson Was Responsible For The Death Of Cane Ashby’s Twin Brother

To say that Colin and Cane’s relationship has been dysfunctional over the years could be the understatement of the century, considering Colin was responsible, albeit indirectly, for the death of Cane’s twin brother Caleb Atkinson (Daniel Goddard) via one of his henchmen! Colin is one of those characters that always gets in trouble, and came to Genoa City and got involved with Jill, and when he met Cane and found out he was his son, he demanded he return to Australia immediately and take his place in the Australian Mafia, which Colin himself was also a member of! Colin was involved in one scam after another during his time married to Jill, and she finally had enough of him and had him deported back to Australia, but they got together again at least twice! Jill just couldn’t resist the charming con man Colin even though her brain told her to!

Young & The Restless Spoilers – Jill Abbott Atkinson Calls Devon Hamilton And Tells Him There’s Trouble

Jill calls Devon and tells him there’s trouble in the Maldives; even though Chance is already planning to track down Colin, it is a distinct possibility that when Cane finds out he will fly over there as well, wanting to confront his father and rescue his stepmother.

The Young and The Restless previews show Jill finding Colin in the hotel that she thought he would be in, and he approaches her with champagne as his usual charming self, but who knows what he really has up his sleeve; Colin’s like that! Cane may go to confront his father and in the process get backed into a corner where there may not be any escape – after all, if Colin engineered the whole scam and Cane has the money, he is a bad father – he may even kill his own son to get that money!
