And the pics also answered the question of her children’s whereabouts. Tom’s and Gisele’s son Benjamin, age 12, and their daughter Vivian, age 9, stepped out with their mom for a snack. Brady, 45, also co-parents his older son Jack, age 15, with Bridget Moynahan.

However, even as his ex-wife smiled in Costa Rica, Brady reportedly feels gloomy about the end of his 13-year marriage. And though both Tom and Gisele emphasized that the children remain their priority, the divorce also forces the division of their impressive property portfolio. For instance, insiders reported that Gisele enjoys vacationing in Costa Rica with the kids. As a result, she will likely keep the house on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula.

And in contrast, Brady will probably take ownership of their $17 million mansion. However, it remains under construction on Miami’s Indian Creek Island. Gisele filed her divorce paperwork in the former couple’s home state of Florida. And the breakup immediately became finalized. However, although Tom did not contest her filing, he has struggled to come to terms with her decision, say insiders.

And in a statement to reporters, Brady seemed to try to defend himself. For instance, the football player stated, “I’ve always tried to do the best I could do here. And then when I leave here, I try to do the best I could do.” But he tried to show he identified with other parents in his subsequent statements.

As a result, Gisele reportedly felt furious that he ignored their previous agreement that he would retire to focus on family and changed his mind.
