Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) was stunned to learn that his father used the voice-altering application on his smartphone to frame Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). Thomas intended to enrage his father, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

Thomas tried to talk logically about why it was in the family’s best interest to remain silent about what he accomplished. And Thomas does see his actions as heroic, finally vanquishing their detested stepmother, Brooke.

As was true in daytime days gone by, Steffy told her mother what Thomas did. Taylor was shocked by her son’s behavior minutes before she was to walk down the living room aisle to the makeshift altar, which was under Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) patriarch photo.

B&B Spoilers – Hope Spencer Was Tipped Off

Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) has been supremely forgiving. Her nature involves seeing the best in people and giving them multiple chances to progress.

But Thomas has taken advantage of Hope’s personality type by repeatedly abusing the privilege of friendship. Yes, they are friends and not more, as she recently reinforced when he tried to kiss her in the same soap setting where Ridge was waiting for Taylor to become his third-time bride.

Noelle’s genuine bond with Douglas was part of Thomas’ comeback plan when he and his son returned from New York following Caroline Spencer’s (Linsey Godfrey) death. Thomas wanted Hope to become Douglas’ new mother, with the realized legal adoption following. Of course, he has never been able to make Hope his wife because she remains fully committed to her husband, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

Brooke will learn that Thomas wronged her. But his actions go beyond a personal grudge.

Thomas broke the law when filing a false endangerment report against himself under the guise of being Brooke. So, she will likely push Hope to take full responsibility for Douglas’ welfare.

Ironically, Thomas was accurately reporting himself. He is a danger to Douglas, and fans will soon see if this latest irrational stunt results in his son permanently living with Hope on B&B.
