The Special Two-Hour Christmas Event Will Air Christmas Day

The special two-hour Christmas event will air December 25, Christmas Day, at 8:00 PM Eastern and Pacific Standard Time on The Hallmark Channel. Also starring in the event is Jack Wagner, Kevin McGarry, Chris McNally, Pascale Hutton, Kavan Smith, and Paul Greene. This is part of the annual “Countdown To Christmas” which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year.

Elizabeth Thatcher Prepares For Her Baby’s First Christmas And Birthday

Little Jack was born on Christmas, so Elizabeth prepares for both his first birthday and his first Christmas at the same time, surrounded by all of her closest friends. She misses her late husband Jack Thornton (Daniel Lissing) terribly, and this will be her first Christmas as a widowed single mother so she needs as much support as her friends can give her.

Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry), also a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police as Jack was, has been giving support and helping the bereaved widow as much as he can, and weighs the importance of staying in town to help her against a prestigious job offer he receives, that would require him to move to Union City.

Plus, there is his niece that he would have to take with him away from Hope Valley and he’s not sure that would be good for her. Meanwhile, Lucas Bouchard (Chris McNally) decides to hold a Christmas festival that he hopes will bring some cheer to Hope Valley, but also wanting to impress Elizabeth. Carson Shepherd (Paul Greene) and Faith Carter (Andrea Brooks) face some obstacles of their own as they try to reconnect for Christmas, while Carson tries to help a stranger. Rosemary Coulter (Pascale Hutton) and Leland Coulter (Kavan Smith) spend their time searching for the perfect gift for Little Jack, while Bill Avery (Jack Wagner) goes into a panic and turns Hope Valley upside down searching for a gift that he had purchased but misplaced!
