General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday, December 20: Nik Confesses, Ava’s Dire Threat, Serial Killer On The Loose

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, December 20, 2022 tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) bumps into Former Dawn of Day cult member Denise Makenzie (Alice Rietveld) and feels much needs to be unraveled for his PI case to be solved and he wants answers.

In the same breath, it appears that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is doing everything in her power to make sure that Drew doesn’t discover Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) OR how long Carly knew the truth.

GH’s newcomcer, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) meets with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and offers her some sage advice regarding her desires and possible relationship feelings.

GH Spoilers suggest Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and his royal heir, Prince Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) are still very much at odds, but the vice grips are tightening and Nikolas has something to say to his son. Will Nik tell him the truth about Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and will his plans hinder or help heal his relationship with Spencer?

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) appears to be in an intense conversation, bluntly stating the fact that “one bad decision could change your whole life”. Who is Cody speaking to and is he regretting the paternity debacle?

General Hospital spoilers reveal there is a serial killer on their hands. Who is the killer and how many people will suffer and die before the PCPD figure out who it is?

Meanwhile a very angry Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) rants at GH Nurse Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), who seems very apologetic. Will Liz reveal the truth to Ava or will she fake her pregnancy to save her longtime friend, Nikolas Cassadine?

General Hospital Spoilers – Dex Heller Calls Out Joss Jacks

Dex Heller, who has been working for Joss’ former stepfather and Port Charles’ mobster, gets brave and attempts to fight for the woman he loves. Dex tells Joss that she needs to stop denying herself what she really needs. Will Joss fall for Dex like Carly did for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)? Those Spencer girls sure have it bad for the bad boys in town.

GH Spoilers – Nik Cassadine Confesses

Nikolas Cassadine has gotten himself into a real “pickle” these days; between keeping pregnant Esme Prince in the north tower, his Uncle Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) moving in and now Spencer has been released from Pentonville on the conditions that he is under the supervision of his uncle. How did Nikolas think this would all work with no one catching him?

Nik has thrown his lifelong friend Elizabeth Webber Baldwin under the bus and put her in the toughest position when he implored her to help him with Esme. She agreed because of all the nasty things Esme did to her son Cameron Spencer and his girlfriend, Joss Jacks, including releasing a sex tape that she made of them.

Spoilers tease that Nik tells Spencer he has something to tell him, will he tell him everything? In the meantime, Liz runs into Ava Jerome Cassadine who must have heard the story of Liz’ pregnancy. Ava is beyond livid and all Liz can do is apologize.

One can only imagine what is going to happen to Liz, Nik and anyone else who knows or is involved in keeping Esme captive, because her parents Ryan Chamberlaine (Jon Lindstrom) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) seem quite obsessed with their daughter and determined to find the missing young woman. The citizens of Port Charles need to watch their backs because hell hath no fury like Heather Webber and/or Ryan Chamberlain.
