General Hospital Spoilers: Furious Mac Vents To Cody

General Hospital Spoilers tease Mac Scorpio (John J. York) isn’t going to take kindly to finding out the people he loves most have been lying to him. Mac cornered Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) weeks ago in the Metro Court Restaurant and scolded him, warning him he was going to come after Valentin’s dear old dad, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy). That’s a promise Mac intends to keep, but he might be delayed a bit when he’s thrown a curve ball he never expected. His friends — and wife — are all working with Valentin to take Victor down, and they intentionally failed to clue Mac in.

General Hospital Spoilers — Holly Webber, Laura Collins, And Robert Scorpio, Oh My!

Mac isn’t a fan of secrets, and he does not appreciate being the last to know anything. Honesty is a character trait he holds in high regard, and finding out his closest colleagues and friends left him in the dark about their plans is going to bruise Mac’s ego a smidge. He might be willing to consider that they didn’t want to risk botching their plan, but he still won’t feel right about them treating him like he is the weak link. Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) isn’t in a burn clinic out of town.

Instead, she was never really harmed in that fire, because it was staged to let her get away and rescue her son, Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons). Mac’s brother, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) knew about this the whole time and pretended to be traumatized as he watched Holly flail around the cabin yard engulfed in flames. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has also been withholding the truth — right now to her Deputy Mayor, Eileen Ashby’s (Heather Mazur) involvement with Victor. Why has everyone left Mac out in the cold?

GH Spoilers – Say Felicia Scorpio Is In On It

Normally, Mac would turn to his wife, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), when feeling so rejected by his friends and left out of the loop. He might in this instance as well, and that will force Felicia to tell Mac she was also a part of the plan. In fact, she was in disguise assisting Holly and helped her pull off that faux flesh-burning scene, too.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Mac will be left feeling quite betrayed by his friends and wife, as though they all think his work is a joke and something to be circumvented. Meanwhile, they’ll try to convey that they were just protecting their plan from possibly being leaked throughout the PCPD in case Victor had a mole. That’s not going to be good enough to ease Mac’s hurt feelings.

When Mac needs to blow off some steam, he might head to the gym and bump into someone else there doing the same — Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Mac still doesn’t know Cody is his son, but Cody is second-guessing lying to him and longing for a connection to his dad. When Mac presents with his latest problem, Cody might offer to return the favor and take him out for a few beers. Anything to score some face time with his pops on the down low! Will hearing Mac lament how it’s made him feel that everyone lied to him cause Cody to think there is no way he will ever be able to come clean with Mac and not ruin everything?
