The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveal that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) recently learned that Steffy slept with Bill. However, Finn has no idea that there was a question as to Kelly’s paternity. Bill could have been Kelly’s father just as well as Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

Fans have wondered for years if Bill rigged the paternity results to save Liam and Steffy’s marriage. After all, Liam kissing Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is what led to Bill and Steffy having sex. Of course, Bill regretted what happened enough to make sure that the test named Liam as Kelly’s father, but is Bill actually the true parent?

B&B Spoilers – Bill Spencer Believed The Encounter Was Destiny

Steffy was furious with Liam for kissing Sally but truly had no intention of starting something with Bill that night. However, Bill and Steffy ended up sleeping together in the guest house of the Forrester mansion. Bill believed that his and Steffy’s tryst was destiny since it happened on Forrester’s property. However, Liam didn’t know the extent of the event until he found a copy of the paternity test results.

The test results had Bill’s name on them instead of Liam’s. At that point, Liam left Steffy in the yard at the cliff house and had their marriage annulled. Later, Steffy managed to convince Liam that Bill manipulated the situation. Steffy even named the baby Kelly after Liam’s deceased mother and eventually they reunited.

Bill has dawned his sword necklace and palled up with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) of all people. Bill is tired of being rejected by Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) although he claims to love them both and won’t choose between them. Bill will never be true to Katie because of his feelings for Brooke.

Now that Sheila is manipulating Bill, could the truth come out that Bill truly is Kelly’s father after all? The original results named Bill as the father but Steffy later learned that Liam was Kelly’s father instead. Are the results naming Liam the father simply another ploy of Bill’s? Did Bill change the original result which named him as Kelly’s father to make it appear that Liam is her dad?
