The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will soon face a medical scare on the CBS soap opera. Sally’s pregnancy is still a secret, with only Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) being the only person who knows she’s expecting. But that soon will change.

Soap Opera Digest revealed in the January 23 issues, available on newsstands on Friday (January 13) that Sally will tell Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about her bun in the oven. Of course, Nick will vow to support her as she navigates this new journey to motherhood.

With the secret out, it is the perfect time for a pregnancy medical scare to happen. If, or should we say when, that happens, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) could learn about her pregnancy, leading him to conclude he’s the child’s dad.

Perhaps, when Sally passes out, she’s talking to Adam, and he gets her help. However, it happens Sally faces a medical crisis, bringing attention to her pregnancy.

The medical scare is a plot point for Adam to discover that Sally’s pregnant. Young and the Restless spoilers state that Adam will wonder if Sally’s baby is his child. Of course, Sally won’t be able to deny the baby could be his kid. However, she may point out that Nick could be the father, too.

As the Young and the Restless viewers know, Victor is not above rigging the paternity test results. We should expect him to change the paternity test result, naming Adam as the baby’s dad.
