Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Did EJ Steal The Orchid To Frame Kristen?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease that EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) could have stolen the life-saving orchid to frame Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Kristen was heavily involved in the plot with Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) to brainwash Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and has been holding EJ’s complicity over his head.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Would EJ DiMera Have Put Lives At Risk?

When considering EJ as a suspect for stealing the orchid, the big question remains as to if he would have put lives at risk. He just recently lost his mother Susan Banks, (Stacy Haiduk) his son Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) paternal grandmother to death. Would he have put Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) life at risk as well, not to mention the deaths of Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans)?

Yet, in a recent episode after he warned Kristen not to skip town with Rachel Black (Finlay Rose Slater) he had a talk with his father’s portrait. He seemed to know something about Kristen’s orchid plot and about the missing orchid when no one had told him.

DOOL Spoilers – EJ DiMera May Be Vindictive

EJ certainly has seemed vindictive at times in the past, especially towards his ex-wife Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). He had quite the conversation with Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) portrait, telling him he didn’t teach adopted daughter Kristen how to play chess very well – referring to strategy.

Then he talked about Kristen having made the wrong move, and thought she was going down this time, mentioning Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) name, whom the orchid blackmail was about. Considering EJ’s frame of mind since his mother was murdered, he may not quite be looking at things the way he should – and not care if lives are lost. But more than anything, he may have been looking out for himself and had to neutralize Kristen’s threats-so when the women started to relapse, removed the orchid!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Looking Out For Number One?

EJ certainly had access to the DiMera secret room, and he certainly could have known Kristen had been to and from it. There have been security cameras installed since before he moved back, they caught several people coming in and out the night Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was murdered. Given that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) one of the main persons of interest at first in the murder and was staying there, cameras may have been installed since.

Not to mention that Susan was kidnapped from the mansion, security must have been beefed up – so there would be reasons to think EJ knew where the orchid was. No one would be surprised that EJ stole the orchid out of self-protection interests and striking first before Kristen could.
