British royal family news shows that King Charles’ May coronation has been a hot topic ever since Dirty Harry published his memoir, Spare. The book dropped earlier this month and it is filled with salacious stories about how knuckleheaded his family is.
As such, in light of his rude commentary, royal experts are speculating as to whether or not Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, will score an invite to the big day. Keep reading to discover the latest chatter on that possibility.
Royal Family News – Will Harry Be Invited To Coronation?
At least one royal commentator thinks that the royal runaways have a good shot at being invited, but will be kept off the balcony which was the case when they attended Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee in June.
The concept is to keep the thirsty pair from overhearing anything juicy that might make its way into Harry’s next book.

Author Claudia Joseph told Good Morning Britain, “I think if you look back to the Queen’s jubilee, they were not included at that stage on the balcony.”
“It’s very difficult for the royal family because they are an institution, they are a monarchy, and that is their job. Obviously in the past there’ve been times when perhaps the press have been too intrusive and there have been problems, but ultimately the job is to do good work and to keep quiet and not talk about their feelings and what’s going on in public.” And that is the very opposite of what Harry and Meghan have been doing in the three years since Megxit.

Another guest had a very different view however, actually defending the Markles. Commentator Ateh Jewel said: “I think the royal family are an institution and a family and both need to evolve and heal.”
“I think if King Charles – who is also our King and I do support the monarchy, he’s also a father, he needs to put the un in unconditional and put his hand out and be the bigger person. The person who will have a gesture to help heal his family.”
For his part, Harry told his friend, ITV’s Tom Bradby, Harry that the “door is open” if he is invited to the coronation. Then he backtracked and snarked: “a lot can happen between now and then … The ball is in their court.”
