General Hospital Spoilers reveal big changes are on the horizon for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). The happy couple is headed on their first big vacation together soon. Their investigation into Esmé Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) past will take them to London, England in search of her long-lost nanny, Maggie Fitzgerald. So, it’s a bit of a work trip, but they’ll make time for fun — especially when Dante gets down on one knee and asks Sam to be his wife.

This isn’t even the tip of the iceberg for what’s to come for this couple though. Nothing follows an engagement around more in Port Charles than the threat of something — or someone — undoing it. Who will show up to ruin Sam and Dante’s plans for a future together?

General Hospital Spoilers — Cody Bell Knows Too Much

It is possible that Dante’s longtime friend, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), could spill the beans about their juvenile dabbling in petty crime. Of course, it sounds like Dante fell into a much messier situation at some point. If he did, Cody may have covered for him and risks the fall because Dante obviously had a spotless record when he became a police officer. While Cody could kick up some dust, this might not be as big of a problem for him and Sam as Dante suspected it would.

GH Spoilers Hint Those Secrets Won’t Break Sante

Whatever Dante did, it isn’t likely to be something that is bad enough to get Sam to turn her back on him. After all, Dante having one big flaw in his past might jolt serve to make her feel more deserving of the guy.

Whoever he was back then as an ornery teenager cannot possibly compare to who she was as a young adult conning wealthy men out of their fortunes. Will Dante’s crimes really measure up to how low Sam once stooped herself? Probably not.

General Hospital Spoilers — But Lulu Will Falconeri 

If it isn’t Dante’s past crimes that will tear his relationship with Sam to bits, it must be his past lives — one specific person, that is. Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) has been in a facility near New York City for a few years now since falling into a coma after she incurred injuries during an explosion at The Floating Rib.

With Sam and Dante bound for bliss as husband and wife, it would only make sense that Lulu spontaneously revives and professes her love for Dante as she had planned to just before she drifted off to sleep for three years.
