The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is so full of himself that he took his re-hire as a given. But viewers knew that Thomas’ assumptions were off.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has moved from a strong ally of her brother to not wanting him back at Forrester Creations. One in a series of watershed reversals had Steffy talking Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) out of wanting Thomas back as her lead designer.

Meanwhile, it feels like Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) ran away from home twice. He had his brief getaway, where he supposedly concluded the two loves of his life. Then he left again.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan And Taylor Hayes Rule

Why did Ridge think that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) would be waiting with bated breath for his final answer? Devoted B&B fans know the question all too well.

While Ridge was away, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show Brooke and Taylor realized they enabled Ridge for far too long. While loving him and appreciating being mothers to his children, they do not want to let him set their storyline.

So, Ridge needed to presumably fly away from Los Angeles, California, for a second time because he needed to contemplate the ruling his two greatest loves made about him.

B B Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Must Not Enable

Ridge was far too lenient with Thomas. That happened, in part, because of the mental health issues Taylor endured through the years that caused Kaye’s character to be Thomas’ main parent for lengthy periods.

But Ridge also dealt with Thomas’ mental health issues by giving him endless second chances and seeing any criticism of his oldest son as wrong. Atkinson’s character used his father’s compassion as an escape clause for a series of wrongdoings.

Thomas must be handled firmly. While he is a part of the family, that status does allow him to behave badly toward other loved ones without consequences resulting.

Thomas was the creative reason why HFTF’s lines popped. But the genetic jackpot Thomas inherited and developed does not give him carte blanche.

If Ridge follows Steffy’s new stance and does not re-hire Thomas, soapy consequences will be on tap. Thomas must support himself and will probably offer his fashion chops to the highest bidder or one who is a rival, like Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) on B&B.
