Royal Family News: Prince Andrew Furious Queen Camilla Was Given His Favorite Honorary Military Title

British Royal Family News suggests that this one has got to hurt for Prince Andrew. There are new reports that suggest the Duke of York is none too pleased with the fact that his sister-in-law Camilla Parker Bowles has recently made her first appearance as Colonel of the Grenadier Guards.

That’s because it was a prestigious honor that Andrew had for years until he was stripped from all of his military titles following his payout to Virginia Giuffre after she accused him of sexual assault when she was just a teen. Here’s what you need to know.

According to reports, Camilla managed to impress when she traveled to see the Grenadier Guards, 1st Battalion, at the Lille Barracks in Aldershot, England this past week.

One source at the event even said of Camilla, “She was wonderful, and it was a very special moment for us to introduce our new colonel. We found out in early January, and we’re excited that she wanted to come and see us so quickly.”

Of course, many royal fans and critics alike sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some comments included, “This must really get under Andrew’s skin. He was horrible & dismissive to Camilla for years and now she’s taken over his favorite honorary military title, Colonel of the Grenadier Guards. I bet she’s really enjoying the double whammy of a nice new title and the fact that it’s another knuckle deep revenge dig at Andy. Not that I feel sorry for him. He deserves all the bad that can possibly be thrown his way.”

Another critic pointed out, “Andrew is the worst but I still wish Camilla had not been given the title. Camilla is no saint herself but of course Andrew is the worst. If Camilla thinks of it as revenge, it is a shame she was even selected.”
