The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) has come back to Genoa City with the goal of taking down Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Jeremy will be secure in the success of his own plan because Diane has managed to evade other plans for her demise.

Jeremy was enraged about the money Diane took from him even before all the drama surrounding the jewelry theft. Since Diane attempted to have him imprisoned with Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) assistance, Jeremy’s resentment has gotten worse. Following Jeremy’s tempting offer, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) might decide to work with him in the end.

By accusing Diane of a crime and trying to put her behind bars next, Jeremy could flip the tables on her. Diane might be caught in a prison trap because she could easily be detained due to fake proof. Although Diane continues saying she won’t desert Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Jeremy might be hoping to make the choice for her.

If Jeremy devises a fresh frame-up as retaliation, he might force Diane to desert Kyle by putting Kyle in jail. Naturally, that would leave the infatuated Jack heartbroken, so Jeremy might take pleasure in seeing him wallow in agony.

At least temporarily, Jack would have to accept the reality that his poorly thought-out plan had resulted in Diane being sent to prison. On the other hand, Jeremy could always include Jack in his forgery and attempt to arrange for his detention as well.

In either case, Jeremy will undoubtedly seek revenge, and Diane and Jack will be held accountable for their deeds. The fact that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) purchased Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) a pricey replacement necklace may even factor into Jeremy’s plan since this information.

Could Jeremy have the guts to accuse Diane of stealing the new necklace in order to exact the ultimate retaliation? I think he could definitely put it all on the line to get back at her and she could feel the wrath of that plus the moustache!
