The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, February 23 reveal that Victor will make good on a promise that he made. This most likely has to do with Adam and McCall Unlimited. Victor is determined to get Adam back on board, especially as Newman Enterprises tries to figure out who bought Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) debt.

Victor did meet with Adam to discuss the possibility of him coming back on board. However, Adam had some demands of his own. So, we will have to see how Victor deals with the situation.
