The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) does not want his wife forced to work with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) was told by Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that Hope for the Future would go dark unless Thomas was allowed to return as her lead designer.

Hope had an opportunity to tell Steffy no or accept option two. But she delayed that choice when asking Thomas to prove himself.

Thomas was encouraged to apologize to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) as a first step toward a restored working relationship. His eagerness to do so was followed by a contrite conversation.

Steffy has lived a different type of drama with Thomas as compared to Hope. Thomas is Steffy’s brother, which swung the return-to-work dynamic back in his favor.

Hope’s signature line has been popular and a money-maker. Steffy knows that Thomas’ creativity is key to a restoration of success. But Wood’s character also recognizes that Thomas’ unpredictable behavior makes it almost, but not quite, impossible for Hope to function at work or the cabin.

The head of HFTF can also say that Brooke’s friendship with Taylor offers a new level of protection. More eyes will also be on Thomas, including the entire Forrester family.

But there is no way to soothe Liam’s concerns because once again, Thomas is injecting himself into Hope’s life. How deeply this impacts Liam and Hope’s marriage is another good question on B&B.
