Congratulations are in order for “Days of Our Lives” star Greg Vaughan and “Rizzoli & Isles” star Angie Harmon. The actor, who plays Eric Brady on the soap, proposed to his girlfriend, Harmon, also known for her role on “Law & Order,” during Christmas.

Harmon shared a few photos on her Instagram account. One showed their blended family wearing matching Christmas sweaters while lined up on a staircase. She also shared a snap of Vaughan getting down on his knee, holding a ring box, and asking a surprised Harmon to marry him. The next photo showed all of them sharing a group hug, which only means Harmon said yes.

“Ladies, for every man out there who doesn’t hold the door for you (or your hair 🤦🏻‍♀️), who doesn’t take care of you, who doesn’t tell you you’re beautiful when you know you’re not, who doesn’t help you with your bags, who cuts in front of you in line… KNOW THIS!” she said.

“There are still beautiful, kind, strong, loving gentlemen out there! One of them is named @gregvaughan (& he’s taken!) 😂,” she added.

Harmon Shares Heartwarming Photos

The actress then captioned the photos with “Marry, Marry Christmas!! Wishing you the most wonderful holiday from our family to yours!”

Not long after, her post gets flooded with comments. “Days of Our Lives” co-star said “Omg omg omg calling you guys” while Steve Webber greeted them “Congratulations.” Meanwhile, Michelle Stafford of “The Young and the Restless,” wrote ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Soooo incredible!!!!!” Lamon Archey and Drew Cheetwood also sent their congratulations.

Friends Before Lovers

Harmon and Vaughan have known each other for several years. They met way back when they were still models and have remained friends ever since. The pair started dating in 2017 and the soap opera actor has been regularly sharing photos of them and their kids in social media.

Last year, Harmon took to Instagram to share how Vaughan took care of her when she was sick. She revealed that he’s been by her side and attended to her needs when she came down with a stomach bug. She also encouraged those who are still looking for their Mr. Right to never lose hope since there are still guys who are genuinely strong, loving, and caring.

Past Relationships

Vaughan was previously married to model and actress Touriya Haoud from 2006 to 2014. They had three sons. Meanwhile, Harmon was married to NFL player Jason Sehorn from 2001 to 2116 and they had three daughters.
