British royal family news reveals that the tell-all memoir, Spare, written by Prince Harry, was a direct hit on the royal family.
And apparently one of Harry’s loved ones did not appreciate being thrown under the 18 wheeler. Keep reading to find out who took umbrage at the vile words tumbling from Harry’s loose lips.
Royal Family News: Princess Kate Not Amused
Harry was once a firm believer in his sister-in-law Kate Middleton. In turn the Princess of Wales was always smiles when Harry was around. So it’s not surprising to hear that she allegedly was upset that her husband Prince William let his brother tear into her in his book.
According to OK!, Spare, “took a toll on Prince William and Kate Middleton’s relationship,” and “she’s grown increasingly upset that her husband hasn’t snapped back at his brother.”
A source told the outlet: “Kate felt William should stick up for her more. Yet William and the Palace thought that saying nothing was best.”

Harry took aim at the Wales’ several times in Spare. For one thing he declared that Kate caused his wife, Meghan Markle, to cry prior to their wedding in 2018 and he asserted that William and Kate found his stupid Nazi costume stunt funny.
Royal expert Tom Quinn said that the Prince and Princess of Wales tussled over the book but behind closed doors.
He said, “Someone at the Palace told me about the nicknames they have for each other. But it’s not all sweetness. They have terrible rows where they throw things at each other. Kate might seem to be a very calm person, and William also. But it’s not always true. Because the big stress for William and Kate is that they’re constantly surrounded by [Palace aides]. It’s like a Jane Austen novel.”

But Quinn went on to say, that after the “shouting” ends, Kate and William smooth things over.
“Kate is very much the calm one,” he said. “William is the one who’s a bit hotheaded. Kate is very level-headed. She’s the one who will pour oil on troubled waters and go, ‘Let’s not stir things up.’”
Another source echoed Quinn’s observation saying: “Kate has a way of de-escalating things with her Zen-like presence. When William and Kate got married, they took their vows to heart. They are proud of their marriage, and they both want to see it last.” That’s how it should be and we wouldn’t expect anything less from the dignified couple.

It’s not normal or advisable for human beings to keep everything in, and suppress feelings and emotions. It will erupt at some point into physical or psychological illness. Suppressed emotions stay in the body. Leading to addictions, cardiovascular issues, and depression. Being in deep with the “stiff upper lip” crowd just makes it worse. The Royals were conditioned as children that feeling emotions is not desirable. Many were left emotionally alone as children when they were overwhelmed by strong feelings. Suppressing strong feelings is their survival strategy. That is probably why W and K fight and throw things. It’s probably why Margaret was an alcoholic. It is why Harry is seeking help, now, in middle age, to undo the damage. Harry was smart to get out.
