General Hospital Star Maurice Benard Unveils New Website!

Maurice Benard became famous initially for his portrayal of Sonny Corinthos on General Hospital. But the General Hospital actor also has gone public with his own mental health struggles. And from there, Benard has sought to raise awareness of emotional health issues. 

Recently, the General Hospital star decided to take his platform to a new level. And he created his own website. Find out all about it below.

General Hospital News – Star Maurice Benard Reveals New Website

Maurice Benard takes time away from General Hospital each week for a very special project. And that involves filming his famous State Of Mind podcasts. But now Benard has created his own website to feature his State Of Mind project. And he shared the news on social media, including Instagram.

“I can’t believe I can honestly say STATE OF MIND Has been my therapy!!!” gushed the General Hospital star. “The guests I get every week is a GODSEND,” added Maurice. “And wait till you see who’s coming? Please check out my phenomenal website. If I should say so myself. Maurice Benard.com right away please. This Sunday on State of mind. @adinboyer from @americanidol.” The new website includes podcast details.

In his Instagram caption, the General Hospital star also invited fans “to subscribe to state of mind. @frankgrillo1 @stephenasmith @anthonys.camera @anthony_cammarata @annadamergis @lisapatrickofficial #autismacceptance #autismawareness @mbstateofmind @youtube @ericbraedengudegast @chauntallewis.” And his fans expressed gratitude in the Instagram comments section.

For instance, one of Maurice’s fans responded, “Live and breathe easier knowing state of mind us on Sunday. I laugh, I cry, I connect to you and your fabulous guests week in and week out. I’m touched in a myriad of ways each week. Transported to a place where there is no stigma just acceptance Thank you is so not enough for all you do❤️ .” And another agreed, “It’s a “fellowship”, it’s totally healing! We all need one. ❤️ .”

In addition to his Instagram announcement, Benard turned to Twitter to share the merchandise area of website, which includes hoodies. And he wrote, “Go check out my cool new website you will not be disappointed!!! @GeneralHospital. https://stateofmindmb.myshopify.com.” And fans responded with enthusiasm.

For example, one wrote, “This is awesome. One more place to listen to you and your guests having important and much needed conversations. Good luck !” And another noted, “I love the Get Up, Get Out hoodie!” But as fans often do when communicating with Maurice, the fan also shared a personal anecdote, writing, “I have a cousin who has agoraphobia. She has her safe areas but it is very challenging for her to leave her house but she tries.”
