The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will soon receive some unexpected and shocking news. He’ll find out not only is Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) dead, but Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is alive!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Fought Back

After sneaking out of her and Jeremy’s hotel room and attending her own funeral, Phyllis realized what a fool she’d been to do the same thing Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) did. She faked her own death and even though Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) are adults, they were affected the same way Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) was. Even worse, she’d fallen for the conman’s lies and didn’t see through her hatred and thirst for revenge against Diane and now there’s no going back-she’s dead.

After an argument with Jeremy about staying dead, he came after her with a scissors and trapped her in the bathroom. She fought back, and as a result, Jeremy was killed in self-defense and she wrapped him in a shower curtain, drug him out and disposed of him.

Y & R Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Had To Make A Plan

Phyllis knew she had to make a plan, she wouldn’t have much money to stay in the motel very long and she’d have to reveal herself as alive eventually. She’d put Jeremy’s body and the scissors, washed off in the sink and dried out in a low dumpster in the alley behind the motel, and kept the burner phone he’d given her. She knew she would have to get away from that motel as well, and took her few personal items and the burner phone and left, in her disguise. She couldn’t be anywhere near the place when they came to empty the dumpsters, knowing she was now associated with Hyde, and now, she’s his widow.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – The Next Morning She Calls

Phyllis hides out overnight in another no-tell motel not far away, using her fake ID and cash to spend the night, and watches the news on the TV the next morning. Hyde’s murder is already being broadcast, as is Diane’s having been arrested for her own “murder”, so she knows framing Diane for Hyde’s is not an option. She opts to call Jack for help, explaining that she escaped a crazed meth head, but Hyde had not, and asks if he can send someone to pick her up.
