Days of Our Lives Spoilers And Recap – Steve Is Back In Town

The countdown to the New Year begins. Hope Brady/Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso) arrives with Steve Johnson/Stefano Dimera (Stephen Nichols) in tow. Everyone is stunned to see Steve. Kayla asks if it’s really him, Steve replies Happy New Year, Sweetness. Kayla asks why Steve came back. Justin confronts Steve over divorcing Kayla and not showing up for Adrienne Kiriakis (Judy Evans) funeral. Steve says Kayla isn’t the reason he’s back. Kayla demands to know why Steve is back if not for her. Steve says he is there because of Marlena. John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) wants an explanation.

Hope says she called Steve back to Salem to help catch Stefano. Steve tells Marlena how good she looks. Kayla would have appreciated a heads up. Kayla needs to ask Steve a question before she leaves. Kayla asks if Steve was at the Christmas Party. Steve denies being there. Justin and Kayla leave. Steve says some relationships just don’t work out. Hope and Steve discuss their predicament. John is upset that Hope didn’t clue them in on this. Steve says they make a good team. John offers to get drinks. Steve and Hope leave. Steve wants to stay at John and Marlena’s. John offers Steve the couch.

Days of Our Lives’ Lani Price (Sal Stowers) watches as Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Gabi Dimera (Camilla Banus) share a new year’s kiss. Eli and Gabi demand to speak to Kristen. Lani tells them Kristen has gone to crash a party. Gabi and Lani argue about Kristen and her shares. Lani tells them that Kristen has decided not to become a nun after all. Eli accuses Lani of breaking the Gabi Chic window. Lani suggests Kristen broke the window. Eli and Julie are always in Lani’s prayers. Gabi fakes losing an earring to go back and confront Lani. Gabi threatens Julie’s life again.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers And Recap – Kristen Arrives At The Party

Days of Our Lives’ Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) is furious when she sees Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) share a kiss. Kristen calls Nicole a tramp and accuses her of throwing herself at Brady. Kristen has seen Nicole making a play for Brady before. Nicole wonders how long Kristen has been back in Salem. Brady tries to defuse the situation by telling Kristen nothing happened. Brady thought Kristen joined the convent, she takes off her habit to reveal a red dress. Kristen tells Brady why she left him. Kristen tells Brady that J.J. Deveraux (Casey Moss) almost killed her.

Kristen says her eyes were opened when J.J. pulled a gun on her. Kristen knows she is right with God and no one will judge her ever again. Kristen says Lani shouldn’t be judged either. Kristen says there is more to the story. Kristen wants Brady to come back to her. Kristen tries to convince Brady that she is a changed woman. Kristen calls Nicole a predator. Brady tells Kristen that Nicole is not the back guy in this. Brady tells Kristen she’s as twisted as she’s always been.

Kristen attacks Nicole as she and Brady start to walk away. Brady breaks up the fight and tells Kristen she hasn’t changed. Kristen loves Brady and wants to be with him. Kristen begs Brady to ring in the new year with her. Brady tells Kristen to leave both him and Nicole alone. Kristen blames Nicole for Brady wanting nothing to do with her. Kristen cries and sits against the wall. Kristen goes home and tells her about the party. Kristen believes Nicole has poisoned Brady against her.

Days of Our Lives’ Eli goes home and opens champagne as he waits for Gabi to return. Lani is sorry she hurt Eli and wishes they could turn back time. Both Lani and Eli think back to last New Year’s Eve. Gabi says she told Lani she can never hurt Eli again. Lani needs to face the fact that she and Eli are together. Eli and Gabi share a toast. Eli doesn’t know why Lani came back there. Gabi says it doesn’t matter they are solid. Eli and Gabi begin to make love.

Days of Our Lives’ Brady and Nicole go to her apartment. Brady thought Kristen has changed. Brady says Kristen is volatile and dangerous. Brady’s resolution is to stay away from Kristen. As Justin asks if Kayla is ok. Kayla is glad Steve isn’t here for her. Kayla says Steve leaving lead her to Justin. Meanwhile, Steve goes home with John and Marlena. John says he and Steve will catch Stefano. Steve hugs Marlena and tells her she’s special to him.
