Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been forced to speak out after The Telegraph reported that the Duchess of Sussex apparently sent a letter to King Charles about unconscious bias within the royal family a few years back.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s official camp released a statement about the matter that said, “The Duchess of Sussex is going about her life in the present, not thinking about correspondence from two years ago related to conversations from four years ago.

Any suggestion otherwise is false and frankly ridiculous. We encourage tabloid media and various royal correspondence to stop the exhausting circus that they alone are creating.”

Needless to say, many royal fans and critics alike sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some even commented with, “What a fabulous statement. Good for her. The organized attack on her by all the reporters stating as fact it was her felt incredibly irresponsible to me. Goes to show they’re all used to the Royals not responding.

They should know better with Harry & Meghan,” along with, “So tiring that she has to release a statement about something so obvious! They’re creating a whole frenzy about lies they write themselves. Meghan is far away, she doesn’t care about y’all . Leave her alone! Also Harry is not going to come back no matter your harrasment!”

Another royal critic wrote, “There must be nothing exciting going on with the royals if the BM is going dumpster diving for years old correspondence and grasping at straws to write something, anything about Meghan they can. They make a fortune of the Duchess of Sussex. Guess their paychecks are getting thin.”
